Well lately I've dropped my carbs a little bit, some out of the oats in the morning and my grapefruit, and lately i feel watery and somewhat bloated, my weight is up as well. I don't wanna try and drain water or too much for that matter, and i know sodium should stay somewhat higher, but i need to know how much i lost for the week.

Only changes are the addition of a serving of banana peppers in the morning. which is like 300mg of additional sodium.

weight was 163, now 164.5

your body might be adjusting to the fewer and fewer carbs as you go along...just a thought though i wouldn't worry about it too much i'm sure you're lookin to tip top shape...we needs pics though!

ya, at 154.25 or under, i was 163.4 this morning, so i think this was a stick pt. week, which is fine, no need for panic, i knew i'd have one, i jus need mental stability to not go crazy and start 2-a-day cardio

One thing that Im sure you already know but ill tell you any way. Try to weigh as close to that number without going over. that way your just that much bigger than the other people in that weight class. Best of luck to you bro.

I have a friend who was competing one year and when he weighed in he was literally .5 pounds shy of his target weight class. He was forced to drop classes and as a result was bigger than everyone else in that class. needless to say it was no contest.

my question is if he was that light to begin with, why wasnt he trying to compete in that class to begin with?
