With many different opinions from people i know and from people on these forums i have decided to run this cycle.

ON CYCLE
Week One: Day 1 30mg Trenadrol /20mg Methyl XT
Week One-Four: 60mg Trenadrol/ 40mg Methyl XT
OFF CYCLE:
Week one-two: 2 pills x2 a day Tribex
2-3pills Inhibit-E
10G creatine
Week three 1pill x2 a day Tribex
2pills inhibit-E
10G creatine
Week four 1pill x2 a day Tribex
1-2 pill inhibit-E

Supporting suplements are:
Milk thistle
Hawthorn
a variety of vitamins(basics)

Day1 Chest/Shoulders/Tri's
Day2 Back/Bi's
Day3 OFF
Day4 OFF
Day5 Chest/Shoulders/tris
Day6 Back/Bi's
Day7 Legs
Day8 OFF

If i feel the need i put an extra rest day between 6 and 7 OR after day 8.
Leg day is easy since i am not worried about legs at the moment.

I'm to lazy to take any types of mesurments. Yes, this log will be half assed :D
Goals: focus on arms and shoulders. 2ndary focus on chest/back

Diet: my diet is basically 6 square meals aday. My most common food is
CARBS: oatmeal,noodles,cereal,bread
Protein: Protein shakes,tuna, some chicken, turkey, little beef, beans
PHAT: pnut butter, olive oil, meat fat i guess
and fruit and veggies

Well, i can start the days now... ill try to keep up...

Day1 first day on cycle.

Felt normal did chest/shoulders/tris

Chest: closer grip bench: (i just recently changed from wide grip to hit my tris and middle chest more)
2Sets to faulure
Dips:2 sets to failure
SHOULDERS: DB military 3 sets to failure
Upright rows: 3 sets to failure
side raises 2sets to failure
TRICEPTS: Straight bar pushdowns 3 to failure
Skulls 2 to failure
Over head rope pushes: 2 sets failure all my reps for this workout where mostly from 10-15 ill specifty more in next posts

Day2: Back Bi's

I felt the same today, had a little ear ache for some reason... thats very rare for me, but it didnt affect workout.

Back: Lat puls 2 sets to failure ...around10 reps
Behind the neck latpulls 3x12
machine rows 3x10
Bi's: Barbell curls 3xfailure 12/10/8 reps same wieght
Conc curls: 12-15 reps to failure
Preachers 3x8 reps or so

15minutes of bike for cardio.

Your stack and log looks really goo. Subscribed;) One thing though, I really think I would throw in an extra leg day on day 3, even if it is a light workout. It can be really hard to catch up on legs if you get behind:)

i ran superdrol for a few weeks for my first cycle, i ran at 20mg then at 30mg with no sides, so i had some people tell me id be ok with this since my body was fine with the high dose of SD.

I understand. That sounds like a good strategy.

Day 4: Another off day of no wkring out, just 30 minutes on teh bike for cardio (im just dying to hit the gym for the next three days) I weighted myself today and i am up 3-4 lbs already! And ive only been on the cycle for around 4days (3 at my real dosage since day 1 i halfed it). so far i feel fine. ill have more to report after the gym tomarrow. I hear tren starts kickign in around day 4-5... i guess well see... even though with the weight gain one of the phs must be doing something. ive been eating about the same as i usually do (i really dont need to eat anymore, trust me) or ill get fatter. I just hope this 3-4lbs is mostly muscle.. but i would think it should be.

Day5: Worked out chest/shoulders/tricepts. overall strenght is up a little bit (only day 5) my sets where

flat bench 10,7,4 reps to failure
incline 10,8,5 failure
inc db press 17,13,14 failure

shoulders:
only did 3 sets of 21s (DB side raises) since incline stuff hits my shoulders pretty well. Plus the next day i work my rear delts.

Tricepts: 3x sets to failure 3x10 or so (pushdowns)
2x sets of failure on skulls 11,9 reps
rope isolation pushdowns 2x12
1 arm overhead db extention 2x12-14 reps

behind the neck pulls 3x12
lawnmowers 2x10 reps
machine closegrip rows 10,8 reps

Bicepts: BB curls 15,8,5 failure
Hammercurls 15,10,8 each hand
Preacher db curl 2x10 or so
3x12 reaverse bb curls

I dont workout my legs with extreme intensity right now. but i did
hack squat: 8,8,6
Leg ext: 15 12 12
Leg curl 10 10 10
Kickbacks 10 10 10
Calves: 30 25 20 i work calves harder

Felt fine today.

Day8: Off day. Felt tired as hell all day long. Veery very tired. is uppose 3days in a row is a rough go. I didint sleep good the night before either.

Day9: gotta work upperbody push muscles today. ill post again after i workout. got 10 hrs of sleep last night so i feel great today (my body loves me for it) a whole 10 hours!!! hopefull ill have a great push workout today.

Right on dude, I'm thinking your strength gains will hit hard around day 14 and get pushed HARD from there on. When I ran the same compound as Methyl XT, my strength gains were hard and fast, I went up 30-40 pounds per week on my compounds and 20+ on isolations. With Trenadrol I have had steady strength gains, not so much the 'explosive' ones I had with the other compound, but freaky strength all around. I wouldn't be suprised to see you add a plate to all of your compounds.

The methyl-xt is a crazy compound for strength be careful of your joints it is easy to get carried away with the plates . lol :D

Push workout day. Great workout.All weights up are up a decent bit. Broke my record on bench even while using a much narrower grip than i was a month ago. This grip is much harder than the last but i have already surpassed my previous weight.
Ive gone up from 245x10 on my first set from last workout to 275x6 this workout. Dips are also much easier now.

Also did: shoulder press 14, 12 with DB 70s
Arnold press 10x3 with 40s
shoulders raises 14,10 with 30s

Tricepts: skullcrushers 10, 9 reps with um... a 35 and 5 on each side.
21s with straight bar for pushdowns for 2 sets
Single rope iso movement 12,12 reps
overhead machine bar press 15x2

So far the str gains are great for only 1 week. I will eight myself tomarrow to see how much ive gained (started at 240)

I don't see your body weight going up a HUGE amount, but I have a feeling that your strength will be ridiculous dude. Keep on working hard dude, and keep on updating us :o

thats a good thing, i dotn really want to gain tons of weight. just some lean muscle and str. maybe alittle trimming down if posible (but im reating to gain of course)

But today was a pull workout. Did not do the same exercises as i usually do, did more light weight nigher reps stuff.

Behind the neck pulls 15,15, 12
Vbar pulls 12,12,10
Vbar rows 20,15 (the stack is so small a 12 yr old could do the whole thing)

bicepts: Preacher curls: 15,12,10 (felt weird doing these at beginning of workout usualy i do them last. Sadly i cant get anymore weight really on them for my 1st exercise as i can my last) bar with 35s on each side.

Hammercurls: 45lb DBs for 10 per arm
50lb DBs for 10 per arm
55lb DBs for 10 per arm
Preacher DBs 10x with 30

Also did a few forearm things. Didint kill myself like i usually do in my workouts, it was just one of those days... but still got a great pump.
Now i get 2 days off thank god :D Weight is up to 246 now.... 5-6 lb gain so far in about 10days

5-6 Pounds sounds pretty decent from 2 Strength focus compounds.

First 10 day overlook: Sides: Sides have been moderate. Soemtimes i just feel like puking like when i sit or lay down too fast. And my stomach NEVER feels sick. Once in a while i will get a very very minor headache. i mean VERY MINOR but its there. Also, sometimes i feel very tired but this isnt too bad.

Weight: 6 pounts gained so far.
Stength: My str has gone up on most movements. I believe a decent estimate would be around 20-25 lbs on bench press so far at the minimum. Arm str is also up some and so is arm endurance. Shoulder power is up a tiny bit so far. Not sure on back yet, ive been doing different exercises, but i believe it has gone up a bit.

From what ive heard, thsi cycle does not hit hard untill around 14 days. So i am hoping it will get insane. So far 10days i have to say even though i am stacking, the results have blown SD away big time. Ive had more results in 10 days than 3 weeks on SD.

Dude that puking feeling will get worse, it's a common thing with XT. I hated it so bad man, my friends would burp and I would have to stop the car and puke my guts out. You will be sensitive to certain smells to. Headache is from blood pressure, make sure you take your supporting supps dude.

the headache thing is as minor as it can possibly be. once in a while i can just feel a tiny one. supps are being taken. I hope i dont have to puke my guts out. Especially right after i take the pills. that would be a waste of a pair of em.

After having 2 well needed days off i finally worked out again. Headaches and other sides are gone for now. But for this workout
Push workout:

Bench 295x5, 315x2 225x8 Weights are WAY up. and it is still under 2 weeks into cycle.
dips 10x2

Shoulders BB press 155x10,8 (these bothe rmy shouldesr a little so i dont do them much)
Side raises 15,15,12 reps with 35s
Front raises: burnoutx2 sets with 25s

Tricepts: Pushdowns 2x burnout
ropers 10,8 reps
iso rope 12,12 reps or something like that
overhead cable bar 15x2

Str is way up and i actually did measure my arms Start: 17 1/2
Now 17 3/4 (little more than this)

will update next workout.

Another forearm exercise added

Jogged a little bit for cardio.

Weight is up 9lbs from 240 to 249 in a little over 2 weeks

After taking a day off my next workout was decent
CHEST
BB bench: 315x3 315x2 (hit the bench bar on my first set otherwise i woulda had 4)
Decline bench super set with flat db flys
Inc 225x12 + 30lb dbs x12 then 225x10 DBs x 10
SHOULDERS
Side raises with DB 40s 13/12 reps 2sets
Arnold presses: 45lbsx10 50x9
Bent over flys 2sets
TRICEPTS: skulls 45plates on each sidex10 next set x6
Overhead ropers 12reps 2 sets
1 arm cable pulls 8 reps 2 sets.
12minutes of cardio on bike.

Pulley rows: 10x2
I cut my back workout down since i started doing some rear delt work on my push day... i also changed my workout to alternating between days... running and bike is now my leg workout. so its like this now....
D1 WkroutA
D2 off
d3 Wkout B
d4 OFF
d5 wkrout A
and so on.


BICEPTS: Straight bar preacher curls 12/10/8 reps with 85 lbs (this give a good burn for me)
Incline DB curls with full twist+squeeze at top
30lb DBs 10x3
Standing DB curls with squeeze and full twist. i forgot how many reps i did but i burned out on three sets with i think 45lbers.
Reverse BB curls: 8x2
Then did a forearm exercise with DBs
i belive i weight right on 250 or so now.

sure.

Wt Gained: 10lbs
Sides: Very minimal. Had a few back pumps while jogging, first week had a very minor headache on and off, week1 also had minimal puke feeling after taking pills.
STR: not sure.. ill update after workout today. But it has been pretty decent.
Vascularity: Noticable gains
Arm size. Gained roughly 1/4 inch on arm according to one week ago. i will measure again at end of cycle. Probably gained another 1/8inch or so since then.
What else goes into a review. PM me and ill answer Q's on the board.

Next workout was my pusher.
CHEST did incline for the first time in forever
225x11 then 225x7 Whew i mlacking on upper chest
Dips 12,13 reps
TRICEPTS arms where already dead from dips but did 10 reps with 45 o each side for skulls then 7 on the next set
-Bench dips 12x2
Overhead cable with rope 12,10 reps 2 sets
then i did some light 1 arm pushbacks... tris where trashed.
Shoulders: Upright rows 135 for 8 then 9... dono how i go tmore on 2nd set
-bent overflys/side raises at same time. 10 bent 5 reps side all at oncefor 2 sets... nice burn.
Weight is down to 248 since i have been running a little bit (but str is still rising just not as fast since i am toward the end of cycle. ) am starting to slim up a tad more.

i havent been doing tons of running. mostly some bball and on the bike. as for legs im not wkring them at all now. Hear me out before freaking on it :D. I stopped working legs for about 9 months a year ago. Then i started working them again around this xmas. I lost around maybe 40-50 lbs on squat and maybe 1-2 inchs on my legs that entire time. I am blessed with wonderous legs. I just wish my upperbody was built like that too. ill prolly start working them again this fall, lets see if my theory goes true twice.

havent updated this in a while but 2 days after my last workout i did bicepts (back was sore for some reason)

did BB preacher curls 105 lbs for 10 then 6
standing ez bars 35on each side for 15 then 40 on each side for 12 then 10 reps for last set.
standing db curls burnout with 45lbs dbs did around 10 reps for 3 sets
then i did a light set 20x2 for a pump with the 45lb bar. did some bike for cardio.

ive been slackin... not updated for a while.. well my next workout was an easy day pushworkout(needed the ez workout)
CHEST Bench 315x4 then 225x14
Dips 11 reps then 10 reps no weight
Shoulders
DB military 1 heavy set 80lbers for 8
Then did some DB uprights and side lats

TRICEPTS
did Y bar ppushdowns for 2 sets and one set of rope pushdowns and strraight bart free weigt overhead ext.

...Ths is not my typical workout... i needed an easy day.

i tokk 2 days off after this to add on to my quick pre-PCT break. Started taking 5g of creatine and one pill of inhibit-E a day. PCT starts april 6th and consists of

Trib, inhibit-e 10g creatine, zinc. plus al supporting supps

i have starting doing more cardio. consists of stationary bike, basketball, and sprints. trying to get into shape.. I figured id start this before pct so my body would get used to it and i wouldnt lose any muscle. i wont truely start my diet untill 1 week after pct though.

2 days after my last post i worked chest shoulders and tris again
CHEST 275x10 295x4-5 on bench
Dips BWx 20 then added a 25 for 9
TRICEPTS
skulls with 45s on each side for 11then 7
incline DB ext (cant remember weight or reps)
pushdowns with angle bar
Rope overheaders
SHOULDERS
Lat raises 10x2 with 40s
10x2 with 115 on uprights
bent over lat raises with 30s for 10-12 reps

Well.. cycle is over!
Overall i gained 8 lbs andlost a little bit of fat. I kept my doses rather low since i never used either product. I probably could have bumped up the XT to 60 maybe 80 mgs but this worked fine.
gained 1/2 inch on arms from 17.5 to a litter over 18. Gained i think 2-4inches around chest/back.

PCT consists of :
Tribex (ill either get blue up or hyper test next time)
Inhibit-E
10G creatine
ZINC

i dontthinkill lose much if anything tho since i kept the doses the same the whole period....
