I'd like to see how someone would compare the methyl XT to M1T.

you said you had some lethargy in the M1A cycle. is that why you are keeping dosage low? how are you going to fight lethargy?

lol fight lethargy well I will try to fight it I have a lot of caffine stocked up @ work and will use it if I have too . I want too keep the dose down for that reason and since I usually work about 60 - 70 hours a week (7 days as I am @ work now ) I have not tried M-1t I missed out I had been off for a few years and missed the hole leagal PH days I will runn the methyl xt for longer than most at a low dose to see how it pans out .

Might wanna take it easy on the caffeine bro, because of blood pressure and all. A good way to fight it would be to use nootropics that don't contain caffeine bro.

Today I started my hawthorne-berry supps just to get ready for my upcoming cycle. I will start my milkthistle in the next couple of days.
Supps was mailed out on the 12th and hope to get them in and figure out what I will dose this cycle @ still not sure.I am waiting for my tracking # still so we will see. I will keep it posted

going great I think I might run it for 4 weeks @ 40mg ed just to keep the sides down it is a killer for Lethargy . I know you can make strong gains on 40mg ed and still get killer strength gains .

Ok today is day 2 on cycle as I had started last night .I had a crazy work out last night I was so hyped to start this cycle and IT'S ON .

here is what my work out looks like
It if from another system that I had used in the past it is a push pull.

everything is going great as I am ramping up start weight is 193.5#s I will not judge this cycle just on weight gained but what the mirror says .

JMO but those rest times seem a little long for the rep range. I would say that 90 seconds to 2 minutes should be fine for 7-8 reps especially with the help of the XT. Even for 10 reps you should be able to get away with a 60 second rest period. I dont know if theres anything else with that program but considering your targeting antagonistic muscle groups you could probably cut those times down. Other wise it looks like a solid routine. Good luck with this one dude. Youll be happy with it.

Looks good. I have never really read about M1A but am def thinking of picking up a few bottles now that I have gotten a little more info (from DA and others).


I would not worry about rest times IMO - Bill Starr (a gentleman who will make you a monster) is all about resting as much as you need as long as you get your weight/reps/sets.

today is 3-26-07 and is day 5 of my cycle .everything is going great and am starting to feel some new aggression . my workout on day 3 was going good until I had a mishap with my back doing DEADLIFTS I could barley walk .I thought my cycle was over and at what a good time at the beginning of a cycle and a few caps in .BUT I DON'T GIVE UP THAT EASY nope !!! today is day 5 and its shoulder day and I will just have to test the waters and see how it goes .Remember I am a OLD MAN almost 34 years old .Back is feeling a lot better but still f^cked up . I will press forward and overcome and not let anything stop me from what I WANT, NEED, OR MUST HAVE :D . weight is down a couple pounds ?? but that is fine as long as I get good strength gains and gain size who cares about the weight UNLESS YOUR A HARD GAINNER as I was in my younger years. Well any thoughts are welcome off to work I go.

today is 3-28-07 and I'm on day 7 no sides to report and everything is going well I will be doing chest and back today I can't wait to start my work out as the is going by I feel a good sense of well-being today and that might be the fact I'm @ 60mg (3 caps) ed and feeling strong I've been hungry as a horse and eating like 1 weight hasn't changed yet but that's not a big deal as the mirror is the real tool that I can use gauge my gains and the weight to see how much I have gained in strength . I just wanted to say thanks again to SOLOMON 1979 and the BOYS @ EST for setting me up good .I will give a brief update tomorrow on how the work out went

day 8 today

The workout was great on day 7 did chest and tries as my back isn't ready yet but wow what a friggin pump the weights are going up a little
ex. My last work out was 225x8 and that's with feet up on bench this time was 230x8 and could of got more each time but trying to squeeze at the top and keep good form. the last set of 5 went from 250X5 to 265x5 so strength is going up I am actually down 2 #s from day 1 but that doesn't bother me I will fill you in more later .

This sucks, back problems suck:x And honestly anymore, 34 is that young to be having problems I'm 23 and alittle over 1 1/2 years ago had to have a laminectomy to take out part of my L5 S1 disk. Needless to say working out my back and legs have never been the same since. So just try to be nice to your back and dont push it too hard cause once it goes its gone

As for the pounds it doesn't matter as much as how I look. lol but pounds are nice. My strength gains are going up rapidly as the weight s are feeling lighter and lighter. My workout plan is all screwed up as of now with the whole back thing so I have been hitting everything I can. I did a chest/shoulder work out yesterday and wow .

Incline bench

warm up of 105x 10---135x15---185x15

225x10

flat bench

BEEN BUSY

I did my arms the other day . It was pretty intense. strength is going up every time I lift no joke. I did my str8 bar curls with 125 for 9 reps .Recovery lol no time nice product so far .No sides to report besides Horny all the time lol not a problem will up date tomorrow . Doing legs today we will see how the back responds.

I'm not sure how to add it in a spot then keep typing? but I do one of these workouts every other day . I change things up here and there but that is pretty much it. I have no workout partner to push me so I rely on myself for those extra reps that I seem to get .as for the last sets I try to ad around 5%more weight and push for 5 reps.I have been adding weight to each and every exercise that I preform every since I started the methyl-xt @60mg I could feel it @ 40mg starting to kick in but not like 60mg. who knows as long as LETHARAGY doesn't kick in to bad I might run it @ 80mg to test the waters.lol

some kind of Arginine

Here is a quick update to last nights workout I did my leg routine as normal (almost)and It looked like this.



Squats (deep as possible -not to the floor)

warm up 135 x 15

set 1 225 x 8

set 2 275 x 8

set 3 315 x 8

set 4 350 x 5




calf raise

3 sets of 10 with 225

didn'tdo 4th set



str8 leg dead lifts (light due to back )

set 1 135 x 10

set 2 150 x 10

set 1 150 x 10


I between doing dead lifts I had a idea of doing a max curl for my arms I know I know so @ 135 I did 3 curls and said wow lets go up and I put on more weight and did that and I just stopped @ 150#s frigin crazy (for me I weigh 190#s so I think that's pretty dam good)

leg extensions

set 1 10 reps 4 plates (45 plates)

set 2 10 reps 4 plates (45 plates)

set 3 8 reps 4 plates (45 plates) then drop 1 plate

do 8 reps then drop for another 8



I switched out seated calf's for leg curls

and I do them light and controlled 3 sets with good squeeze

It is weird this time around weight hasn't gone up but strength has a lot .And I think I would highly recommend this product to others .My curl is way up like I said I was messing around and curled 150#s I weigh in @ 190 so that's a good amount. My bench is up for the most part I have yet maxed out since on cycle. I will be doing a rep thing Monday as I will be seeing how many reps @ 225#s I can do .I can say that it is a strength thing for sure. I'll post more info AFTER EASTER and HAPPY EASTER TO ALL AND EVERYONE @EST.NUTRITION . I think I will be running propadrol @ the end of my cycle here and maybe run it with trenaplex as I have a bottle of each siting around calling me. We will see ITS ALL UP IN THE AIR .

I'm really surprised the EST reps had not said anything about a dose of 60mgs. That is double of what you should take. I was up to three caps a day by my eight day and stayed there for 4 weeks. The bottle says not to go past 3 weeks though. My strenght gains were great and would recommened methyl XT. I like to hear about his doses though and if 60mg is ok.

I'm really surprised the EST reps had not said anything about a dose of 60mgs. That is double of what you should take. I was up to three caps a day by my eight day and stayed there for 4 weeks. The bottle says not to go past 3 weeks though. My strenght gains were great and would recommened methyl XT. I like to hear about his doses though and if 60mg is ok.

I might bump to 80 mg

M1A = MXT both are 20mgs, I have ran M1A up to 100mgs, *for one day*, and 80mgs for 10 days. Sides = harsh, Gains = wet, but good. (just my .02)

OK I did the rep test and I pumped 18 reps out in the flat bench press with 225lbs. :D

Well today is day 2 @ 80mg going to run for 5 days @ 80 then taper down and end my cycle of METHYL-XT as my bottle will soon be empty and I run my propadrol/trenaplex spin off for about 20 -30 days we will see . This cycle has been a breeze for sides and no noticeable shut down :D My weight is starting to go back up and strength is up by far. I may have lost body fat on this cycle . I have no water retention to speak of and everything is going good. I will update tomorrow .It is a work out day today and I'm ready !!~!

I think the propadrol/trenaplex spin off if a good idea. Pct will follow that I'm sure. You log looks good. I would do before and after pictures of the methyl xt, pictures at the end of the prop/trenaplex, and pictures at the end of pct. That would make a great addition to your log. Good luck with todays workout!!

Well almost done with this log .I would like to note that @ 80mg. I started to get some headaches and I think that was due to BP I haven't checked it so I can't say for sure but I am almost positive. I dropped down to 60 mg and will see if that helps. I will say that the EST. METHYL-XT is a great product and would recommend it to anyone who wants some killer strength gains and good mass gains . The sides were only headaches and that was due to 80mg. (4caps ed) I say for the average JOE to just use the recommended dose on the bottle 3 caps ed. as far as strength gains they were crazy cool as all my lifts went up substantially and was very pleased. I didn't gain much weight with it but I can tell you If I were in better overall condition I would see a lot more of my gains as I had lost a fair amount of body fat .I can't tell you how much body ft I lost as I didn't have it checked :x .

I want to say thanks to SOLOMON1979 for setting me up with this product and thanks for all the great customer service that I had received through out my cycle .
