Are you talking about the MRI product cause i dont think that many people have tried it. If you have Id be interested in your results, since it took so long to come out

I'm talkin' about any Creatine Ethil Esther pcts. (CEE).
12 weeks on and the following 4 weeks off? Is it correct?

i probably would even run it for 12, i find 8 weeks on, 2-3 off is fine for me

I personally would take CEE for 8 weeks on/3 to 4 weeks off.

do you really have to cycle CE2 ?? what about NO2 ??

I believe that in order to obtain optimal results that it is best to cycle CEE. I also believe it is best to cycle any 'NO' products as well. Once your body has time to adapt to something, it is nice to shock your body a bit. Same as with your diet and workouts.

i see. your body does get atolerance for the NO2. imma try that over 8weeks and cycle of 2 weeks.

For NO2 type products, I would do an 8 on 4 off cycle.

i was reading an article somewhere that said the body can adapt to NO products in less than 2 weeks. I'll have to see if i can dig it up, i read it months ago and im having trouble remembering where
