I've used taraxatone before and it works very well. MHP Xpel also works pretty good.

taraxatone is better than xpel? if so, thats good cuz i have tarax

Taraxatone works awesome bro, it works fast. About a half hour after I took it I was peeing every 10 minutes. Xpel is good too but def go with the tarax.

So did you actual notice your skin "shrink wrapping" or was it just a lot of peeing.

Im just trying to see if something would be worth using in a competition, is that what you used it for?

lol I did notice a big difference in my arms and lower stomach. I didn't use it for a competition, just before vacations. I'm sure it would work for competition use if you incorporated some sodium loading and dumping along with it.
