I have a simple question iam taking some supplements that require i drink water, major duh but iam new to actually taking supplements iam use to natural workouts it says for one that i take 8 oz of water for one, and the other asks thats i take 12-16 oz of water they both to be used before and after workouts do i need to drink 20-24oz of water or is 16 oz good enough for both.Because 40-48 oz of water is quite a bit can somone please respond to this i need some answers.

I would drink as much water before your work out as possible, but not too much so that you feel bloated...you should be able to tell when this is about to occur if you cant then you need to pay more attention to your body. During your work out dotn guzzle the water take swallows (what I do is between each sets I take about a swallow [mouth full] maybe two...you need to stay hydrated when youre lifting but dont fill yourself up. It will drag on you during your work out. Then after your work out take your supps and drink as much water as possible but dont fill yourself until you puke. ok im done
