So my bench has been stuck for about a month and a half now. Ive done some reading and have decided to start incorporating some powerlifting into my routine. How many sets/reps would be effective for floor and board presses? Does anyone have a good routine for these two exercises? Thanks for the help!

Well, a month and a half is not long at all. And by you saying that you are stuck it makes me think you are maxing out every week and you have not made progress. This would be the reason in itself.

Adding floor/board presses will help with the top end of the bench, so if this is where you get stuck-ie.can not lock it out-these will develop good tricep strength. Rotation of exercises are a good bet. ex. 3 weeks boards, 3 weeks floors and go heavy and get a spotter!

Google Metal Militia Benching-they are big on this stuff as it improves a shirted bench.

Have you tried snaps?

another PL suggested these to break a sticking point. get on your bench with a LOW weight, maybe standard bar and 2 quarters or 2 35s. lower the bar to your chest and snap it back up as fast as possible so you are fireing the fast-twitch only. 3 sets to failure. do those as a substitute for your regular bench for a month, then go on to the rest of your chest routine.
