i have a question/concern. i appologize in advance for the disgusting nature of this post but had to find out if this is something serious or if other ppl have experienced or wateva. but i have notice whenever i've been on creatine, mono in the past and now cee i notice blood in my stool, i don't actually see it in the stool but on the toilette paper. its an occasional occurence maybe 1-2 a month and i believe it only occurs when on creatine. once again i'm sorry and i'm kinda embarased for sharing this but wanted to know if this is something real serious or not.

Go see a doctor.

Probably what is happening is Creatine is simply causing GI distress.

The blood is probably not directly related. I would say do a fiber flush with large amounts of psyiluim and water. It is probably nothing to worry about. It does not mean cancer simply because there is some blood in the stool.

BUT go see a doc.

Whenever excess creatine causes me GI problems, a few fiber pills usually corrects it. Blood in stool may indicate all kinds of things, but in general get more psiluim to flush the bowels, and pay greater attention to your fiber intake.

Oh I also wanted to add that while going to a doctor for a rectal exam and blood tests to check for cancer, and colonoscopy's are the least pleasant things you may ever do, Stomach cancer and intestinal cancer are FAR worse.

I can guarantee you this because that is how my grandmother died. Stomach cancer. It was a slow painful death that you wouldn't wish on anyone. They cut out most of your stomach so you can't keep food down, don't care to eat, can't control your bowel, constantly have the urge to throw up and generally don't want to live. Considering that my grandmother made it through the holocaust it was not how she deserved to go.

From the symptoms you described it is 99% probably nothing but get a check up anyway. If you catch it in the early stages and it is just polyps then it is no big deal.

If you are taking alot of craps throughout the day then it is probably just your bum bum being rubbed raw. I know thats what happens to mine. Kinda gross but if its that at least you dont have to get checked for cancer and what not. Just a thought though

well i'm 22 so the likelyhood for cancer isn't that high but i'll def go to a doc and see wats up. its funny i'm a med school student but i know nothing i guess. but i am taking enuf fiber cuz i'm eating like 6-8 pieces whole wheat bread a day. i was just mainly concerned if the blood is from gi distress like u were saying or some kind of liver damage if my liver is sensitive to creatine. and if it is merely gi distress, will that cause any permanent damage or will it just go away once i stop my cycle. i only have like 2 weeks left and kinda wanted to finish but i don't want to mess myself up

Well Gi distress and hard stools is most likely the villian here, aggravated by Cee.

But Psyilium powder mixed with water and Psyilium tablets with water are the quick cure. Don't assume that wheat bread means your bowels get cleansed. A few Psyilium pills will likely temporarily cure the GI problem but a few days in a row of pills powder and water will clean out the intestinal tract.

You could have parasites and who knows what else in there being aggravated by Cee. Every once in a while it is good to clear out the bowels.

Acidiophilous type supps after the cleanse are good too as well.

Try arabinogalactan powder in your protein shakes after you finish cleanse

I had this problem while taking CEX for a short period of time. It went away when I've swapped to sns ce2.

I would actually cut back a bread a bit. There is yeast in it AND a little known fact is that food cooked at a very high temp like commercial bread causes a reaction in the body wherein the body tempurature and white blood cell count temporarily rise for 45 minutes. I am not saying stop bread and eat raw uncooked, cause I don't do that either, but commercial bread is notoriously highly heated and can causes problems over time. So moderation and lots of diet variety

Again the cheap 2 cent cure is psyilium.

Time for me to go have MATZOH, unleavened bread because it is passover sedar night.

According to the rules I have to have 6 cups of wine which is not great at the tail end of my ph cycle. Ah well.

i totally agree with the bread factor - when i dont eat as much bread i am less bloated, less full, and much more energized

Watched O'Reilly Factor on Fox news today I saw that newscaster Tony Snow had Colon Cancer. Hopefully they caught it soon before it spread too much, eventually they will know if it comes back, but cutting out a large part of your colon really sucks. More fiber for me please.
