Starting my Leviathan log, I am really looking forward to this product after all of the reviews that have already began.

My last cut was a little over a year ago. While it was extremely effective, i stripped from 175lbs at around 13% bf with decent muscle mass for my frame (5'9") down to 165lbs.. while i lost a lot of fat, i stripped off quite some muscle. My biggest pet peeve in life is when people say to me "oh youve lost weight" to me, that means im losing size. Id rather someone tell me i look big than ive lost weight.

My body type is a mesomorph.
height: 5'9"
weight: 190lbs
current supplements: CEE, omegas, zma, occasional melatonin, bulk cissus

Summer didnt treat me so well and I lost my priorities for a few months. Jumped up from 165-195, some muscle, but pushing a much higher % than id prefer. Personally, im happy at or around 15% body fat.. i have decent definition, no solid abs (but this is not a priority of mine), any thing under that is fine... but i do not want to go under 175lbs.

With Leviathan, I am hoping to maintain all of the musle that i have built since my return to the gym 3 months ago.

Currently i work out 3-4 days a week, and generally am far from calm on my off days. I always am running around doing something.

Of course, i will be on a controlled and monitored diet.

Sorry for the delay, but my first dose got pushed back somewhat... I left town and managed to leave the leviathan ever so conveniently sitting on the bathroom sink... ahh well

Today was my OFFICIAL first day

As of last night, the scale is reading 187lbs and 17% bodyfat

Dosing:
1 capsule @ 8:00 am
9:15 breakfast (oats, 8oz milk, yogurt)
1 capsule @ 4:15 pm

energy: present but not overbearing, i could definitely feel the leviathan after about 30 minutes and i noticed that i was thinking and operating a bit faster than normal, but at about the same rate as my usual cup of coffee.

appetite: i did not really feel hungry throughout the day, but my stomach started to growl whenever i smelled food

mood: its monday, i hate mondays. i woke up this morning just hating the fact that i had to be out of bed. the day started off poor and i just wasnt motivated to get up this morning, but since taking the leviathan, i have been in a great mood all day, and time flew by

exercise: today is usually my 'off' day since my sleep on sundays is so-so, but im still pretty energetic and definitely going to take advantage of it.

diet: on track, no cheats today. meals at 9:15, 12:00, 3:00 & planned for 6:00, 8:00 and presleep snack at 11

Ill update lata

i don't mean to hijack this thread, but i didn't want to start another one. im in the middle of a sd and trenaplex cutting cycle which is week 1-4 20 mg of superdrol and weeks 1-6 3 pills of trenaplex (i think its 9 mg). is there anything wrong with adding leviathan to weeks 5 and 6 of my cycle and into pct? would this raise my bp too much? thanks for the help

im not sure about how much it would raise your blood pressure while still on cycle, but it would probably work very well in PCT

you could always try it for a few days and monitor your BP (my pharmacy has a free BP monitor), but since its not loaded up with caffeine, i wouldnt think it would overload you too much... you should start a thread about it thou, theres guys on here who know alot more than i do

-

Yesterday: (continuation of Day 1)
My workout was intense and i had more motivation than usual
Diet worked out to 42%/38%/20% (C/P/F)

Today (Day 2)
Dosing:
1 capsule @ 7:45 am
1 capsule @ 3:00 pm

energy:
Last night I was up late working and i only got about 5 hours of sleep. Either way, I have been feeling good all day. Usually after 5 hours of sleep, i would have a headache today and be lethargic.

appetite:
same as yesterday... one of my coworkers did the unthinkable, and made popcorn... it smelled good but to be honest, i didnt even really crave it (usually I would snatch a handfull or two)

mood:
Eventhough I was up late, my mood was positive and ive been very optimistic

exercise:
plans tonight, Ill try to run a quick 2 miles when i get home, but off from the gym

diet:
on track so far today

I PM'd you.

Maverick, you'll be surprised at how much this suppresses your appetite. We're all really liking it so far.

By the way, im following the dose that palo alto originally recommended for Leviathan:
day 1: 1 capsule in the am, and 1 capsule in the mid afternoon
day 2: repeat day 1
day 3: 1 capsule in the am, 1 capsule around noon or 1, and one capsule around 5pm
day 4: repeat day 3
day 5: 2 capsules in the am, 1 capsule around noon or 1 ,and one capsule around 5pm
day 6: repeat day 5
day 7: 2 capsules in the am, and 2 capsules in the late afternoon -- this would be your standard consumption

Today (Day 4)

1 capsule @ 12:00 pm
1 capsule @ 3:45 pm

energy:
Goood energy.. everythings sustained and while i get a little spike about 1 hour after i take a capsule, its solid energy. Im curious to see how the 2 caps at once will hit me tomorrow. Im not a lightweight to stimulants, but im no caffeine junky either, so tomorrow will be the first test for me.

appetite:
Nemisis, i agree with you and ive seen everyone's logs, so i know what to expect. I do get a little hungry when Im cooking my meal, but other than that no hunger pangs or anything else. Last night I fell asleep early and almost forgot to eat when i woke up at 11pm bc i wasnt hungry. Cooked up some leftovers and devoured them nonetheless. Its like my appetite is calmed, but i have no problem eating or keeping up with my planned calories.

mood:
working my butt off today, progressing fast, great mood and great outlook on everything and everyone i have to deal with.

Yesterday (Day 9)

Dosing:
2 Caps at 9:00
2 Caps at 4:00

energy:
Much more pronounced than when taking only one capsule at a time. Good thing I went from 2 a day to 4 a day slowly.. otherwise it might have been too much to quick. At current dosing, i have much more energy, but even when dosing it and hour or 2 before the gym, its not too much when working (redline RTD's make my heart jump out of my chest and I get dizzy)

appetite:
Very diminished with higher dosage. Same as before, no real hunger until i smell my lunch heating up...then i rip into it

mood:
great :)

exercise:
Legs & shoulders

diet:
Clean, no cheats or sweets

Weight
188lbs (minus 2)
