Got two questions:
1. what does everybody eat pre workout? i used to hear and read that you should eat slow burning carbs and protein, now almost everywhere that i read that i read that you should bascily eat the same thing pre as post. 40g pro and 70-80 fast buring carbs or with a high G.I.

2. when it says take a supplement on an empty stomach 30 minutes before or immediatelly before workout how do you eat your pre workout meal?

you should probably eat about an hour before your workout to let everything settle and let the carbs kick in. Everytime I eat right before, I feel like crap.

like alpha, I eat about 1 - 1.5 hours preworkout. I have a combo of slow and "fast" protein and have low gi carbs. An example might be ~ 30g protein from chicken breast, 25g whey, and 60g of carbs from brown rice. Also i have brocolli

I try to eat a balanced whole foods meal 2-3 hrs before and drink a small 25 g WPI and 30g of ground oats in 12oz of water shake.
