View Full Version : PH Stack for Fat Reduction??

Hey Guys, I've got a coule of questions for you that I would really apreciate some feedback on.
For the last couple months I have been doing a lot of travel for work where I have been out of the gym for most of the time, sometimes for weeks at a time! With all the sudden job stress and the lack of gym going I have managed to watch some hard earned muscle melt away and watching some nasty fat slowly find its way to my waistline.
As of Monday of this coming week I will begin a new job, working from home and have lots more free time and no out of town traveling, so I will be able to jump back into a regular workout routine and easily control what I have available to eat, but I am wondering what would be the best combination of supplements would be to jumpstart my return to fitness and strenght training.
I am currently 5'10 170 lbs and (shamefully!) 15%BF.
I had previously purchased the <a href="http://www.discountanabolics.com/p/DA10">Discount Anabolics CORE 10 WEEK STACK</a>
and was planing on using it when I started my new job (this monday), but now I am wondering if this stack can help me lower my Body Fat while Increasing Muscle Size and Strength.
Can I expect this stack to help me lose the body fat while gaining muscle size?
Can/Should I combine this stack with a Fat Burner of any kind? I will be using CLA throughout the next few months, regardles of PH stack or other supplements.
I should mention that I have used PH stacks several time in the past, but never for (or along side) fat reduction.
ANY INFORMATION WOULD BE REALLY HELPFUL!!

I definately would not add the fat burner to any ph cycle. There are several issues there. The only way to really deal with the body fat is through your diet. You may want to set the DA core stack to the side for now since your main objective is to drop the body fat. In my personal experience, a halo clone like Hemadrol + winztrol is a great stack to increase muscle mass while dropping some body fat. In my last stack of halo and winztrol, I gained 8lbs, while dropping my body fat 3%. It wasn't just the supplements though, I had a clean diet while on cycle.

So if the Tren is a good cutter then you are saying this stack would work well to help my lower by body fat %??
I am concerned about losing muscle mass while cutting, so I REALLY want to ensure that I am sparing Muscle and Losing Fat with my Diet and Exercise Routine.
Putting on extra muscle mass is never bad either :-)

Cardio will be Stationary Bicycle (in my home) 30 minutes everyday as soon as I wake up (about 7:30am) on an empty stomach. Three days a week will be High Intensity Interval and the other days I will keep my heart rate around 150bpm.
Strength training will come around 4pm.
My Diet will be as follows:
*MEAL 1
--One whole egg
--4 egg whites
--5 oz. some lean meat source
--1/2 cup oatmeal
--3 NOW Super Omega 3-6-9
*MEAL 2
--5 to 7 oz. lean meat source, one apple
or
--2 scoop protein shake (EvoPro or Syntha-6) with 1 tbs. flax oil
*MEAL 3
--5 to 7 oz. chicken breast
--1/2 cup cooked brown rice
--small green salas with oil/vin dressing
*MEAL 4
--Tuna or Chicken Salad (1 tbs. mayonnaise, celery, relish)
--one apple
*MEAL 5
--5 to 7 oz. lean meat (steak, pork loin, chicken, turkey, or fish)
--two to three cups non-starchy vegetables
--small green salas with oil/vin dressing
*MEAL 6
--Protein Shake/Pudding with one tbs. almond butter or walnuts.
At each meal I will be taking 3 Amino Acid Tabs.
Also will be taking New Chapter Multi Vit in the morning w Meal 1.
Snack (if hungry) - handful of almonds or roasted mixed nuts.
I would really like to hear what people think about this, or if any modifications should be made.

That actually looks really good man. You know your body better than anyone else on here. And DA put a ton of thought into that stack. When you start the methyl vol dont be scared to hit the carbs every now and then, the SD will chow through em man.

Adding sesamin on cycle could help lean you a bit or at least keep some of the fat off while gaining and wont hamper your gains at all.

It is a good stack but I didn't resond at all to it ??? :confused: dant ask me why.
the Phera-vol will not lean you out and I do reccomend that you run the Phera-vol for @ least 30 days
I'm in my 2nd week of Pct right now and every thing is good I had went up to 30 mg of methyl-vol for a week trying to get something out of it . I decided to stop eairly and wait 10 weeks to try again . Make sure your diet is good and clean if you want to lean out.

I bought 2 bottles of the SAN (60 softgels) Sesamin.
The bottle claims "Ultra Pure Sesame Oil (standardized for 500mg sesamin) 1000mg" per softgel
Are there any other products that will help me in fat loss while on this cycle?
Earlier in this thread I was advised not to take a fat burner (though I am not sure what the problem would be - explaination would be appreciated) while on cycle... is this true for stimulant free products, such as Dicana or SAN Blaze?

Some hormonal products have the tendency to elevate blood pressure, so that's the rationale behind avoiding stims on cycle.

I'm using MAN Vaporize (sesamin) at 3 ed. Then again I weigh 178. B-Nat I think dosed it at 4-6. Can't remember.

Dude, give it some time first. Start the getting back process first then think about prohormones. If I were you, I'd clean my diet, hit the gym consistantly then start with basic supps and after a while look into something more serious.
