Natural Bodybuilding questions?

hey guys i was wondering if anyone had any information on natural bodybuilding. i was looking to get into it, but don't know any specifics..if you do let me know, i would love to chat about it.

i was just needing shows in my area basically...i'd like to see if i could compete with everyone before i jump into it..or if anyone has any pics they'd like to share, they would be greatly appreciated.

if it says NPC its def. not tested, I know in michigan theres quite a few, esp. when it takes awhile to prep.

but there are plenty of things you "can't" take, ephedra is one of them and that sucks, not sure if synephrine is or isn't though. I think if its solds at GNC it should be ok, not 100% though, by any means

iv been to a tested show before. really all they do is randomly select usually 5 ppl. they polygraph test you and ask you questions like Have you ever used ANY illegal drugs? very broad questions. very rarely do they urin test. try getting a bodybuilder fill a cup before a show...its impossible after dehydrating urself. so ph's are ok, ephedra idk about now. they havent ask about it in the past. if i were u just dont worry about natural or not just do a contest near you in the NPC or something. if u want a strictly test one then do OCB.

The Team Universe show is tested in NPC.. NPC New England does more tested shows per year than untested.. You'll have to check for natural federations and if they hold shows near you..

NPC for the most part uses a polygraph and of all the nautral shows my personal feeling is more people are cutting corners there than in the others. A goodle search will bring up a few OCB, USBF, are two off the top of my head
