CEL M-DROL
THE JOURNEY OF WHITERABBIT


This is the first time i've ever made a log so input will be appreciated on anything. First off im running a four week cycle of CEL m-drol with a four week pct. on cycle i will be intaking a high amount of protein and carbs with little fat totaling to roughly 2700 calories per day. im going to log all meals everyday as well as rate my strength, energy, sleep, appetite, and side effects on scales of 1-10(1 being horrible and 10 being amazing). Im loading all my supporting supps and starting my diet until next monday and then i will begin my cycle of SD and carry my diet throughout the cycle. While on cycle my supplements will look like this:

CEL m-drol
CoQ10
Red Yeast Rice
Milk Thistle
Cellmass Creatine
N.O. Xplode
ON 100% whey gold standard
Taurine
Animal Pak multi
BCAA
ON Trib 625
Glutamine
ON zma
(Nitrix if purchased b4 next monday. i will inform u if i dont have it by the time my cycle starts)

For PCT my sups will be:
SNS reduce xt
AX retain
Milk Thistle
Red Yeast Rice
Cellmass
N.O. Xplode
Trib
Zma
Glutamine
Multi
Bcaa
Whey

Im 6 foot 2 i weigh 229 and i dont know my bf% but guessing around 22 or 23%. I've been lifting for roughly 4 years and im looking to make gains in lean muscle while dropping bf%. Hopefully by the end of PCT i want to gain 7 or 8 pounds of lean muscle and be at roughly 13-15% body fat.
My workouts will be as follows:
Day 1- Chest
Day 2-Arms
Day 3-Back
Day 4-Shoulders
Day 5-Legs
Day 6-Rest
Day 7-Rest
*I will work on abs and calves every other day and will jump rope for 15-30 minutes per day. I do 2 hours of intense cardio 2 times per week and calves and abs are not worked on rest days.

starting today i will begin my ratings (shout out to gunzandbunz for the rating idea!!:D )

Strength:5/10
first time i've worked out hard in roughly 3 weeks due to basketball season.
bench max was at 235 :x (PR is 265 which was 2 weeks b4 b-ball season)
incline bench was 4x6x185 :( (SETSxREPSxWEIGHT)
decline was 4x6x180

Energy: 7/10
started the new diet yesterday and the drop in calories has drained me a little by late in the day other than that im normal

Sleep: ?
sleeping 2night in form u 2marrow

Appetite:10/10 (1 being starved and 10 being well satisfied)
never hungry. eating six small meals per day. i will give a sample day in my next post

SAMPLE DIET...the one i've used for the last two days lol

Meal 1
50g whey
2 cups of grits
1 cup milk

MEal 2
Chicken sandwhich (piece of chicken breast on whole wheat with i tsp bbg sause)
banana

Meal 3
Piece of Chicken Breast with brown rice
25g whey

Meal 4
Turkey half sandwich with green beans

Meal 5
pasta with lean meat and some green veggie

Meal 6
25g whey protein

*does not include supplements*
will include supplement times when cycle begins

IM NOT QUITE SURE WHAT TIME TO TAKE THE SD SO I NEED A LITTLE HELP WITH THAT!!

I will follow along with this log. Good luck bro, you should see great results with this compound.

If you start feeling too sore, try switching your "rest" days to break up the week. For example.

Day 1: workout
Day 2: workout
Day 3: rest
Day 4: workout
Day 5: workout
Day 6: workout
Day 7: rest

2700 cals? Seems a little low but you know your body best. Hope this goes well I will be following. I have a couple bottles of M-Drol stockpiled so im curious to see how it works out for you.

Day 1

Meal 1

2 pills fish oil
2 cups grits
50 g whey protein with 1 cup milk
1 cup of milk
10 mg m-drol
600mg red yeast rice
30 mg CoQ10
625 mg tribulus
400mg milk thistle

Meal 2

chicken breast on whole weat with some bbq sauce
no banana All out =[

Meal 3

Chicken breaast with brown rice

Meal 4 pre workout

Turkey sandwich
* turkey on whole wheat with mustard and pepper

bcaa
milk thistle

Meal 5

Grilled salmon with steamed vegetables
trib
ryr
coq10
milk thistle

Currently....munchin on animal crackers lol


Strength: 6/10 no noticeable gains but good endurance. the sd hasn't really taken affect yet

Sleep: 8/10 last night was good. full 7 hours...needs to be more

Side effects: 1/10 none yet

Appetite: 7/10 got some hunger pains today between meals

Thats sweet man, I happen to be cursed with that "eat-like-a-horse-until you-feel-like-you-wanna-puke-every-2-hours" thing naturally... lol Makes it very hard to cut. Have a good cycle bro I will be watchin

Thanks bro. If i just gain the mass and cant shed the pounds during cycle and pct then im going to do a cutting cycle after this because i have basketball season starting in april

i got taurine on hand in case i get back pumps but i think i might want some to some extent...it makes me feel like im "doing work" lol
but ya
back pumps= no fun if you play basketball

No diet break down today
i was out and about yesterday and couldnt get to the gym but today was pretty crazy

i did my arms today and i had some crazy vein action goin on
i did four sets of every lift today
straight bar curls: 100 x 6 reps
incline db curls: 35 x 10 reps
hammer curls: 35 x 10 reps
rope pull downs: 85 x 8 reps
1 arm over head extensions: 45 x 8 reps
weighted dips: 45 x 10 reps

not much increase from my pre cycle lifts but crazy hardness in my muscles
i've had some gnarly aggression when i was hitting the weights but my skin has been a little more oily

Computer has been down!!!!!! Very Sorry for the missed posts. i just got it back from best buy. I've been continuing the cycle and my weight has gone up from 229 to 236.5 pound. I've seen no real size gain in all actuality but my lifts have gone up alot as well as my weight. Bench max is up 20 pounds and today is the last day of week 2. i will b keeping every1 informed from here on out.
