alrighty, most of you guys already know that i am in love with tuna shakes. well, sad to say, it hasnt stopped there. i now put shicken breasts and steaks in the blender too. 6 ounces of chicken + 1 cup brocolli/carrots + 1/2 cup peanuts + 1 cup milk = Happy Bigboy.
my question is this, am i hindering myself by blending the food? my logic is this....if i blend it, i am breaking it way down, which means my body has to expend less calories to digest the liquified meat.
am i fricken crazy? is it making THAT much of a difference? i dont want to give up my 10 second meal, but i dont want to jip my body out of its job of digestion either.

To be honest, I don't think it really makes a difference man. You still have to digest it whether it is in liquid form or not.
I don't see a problem with it, but it is just my opinion.
I wouldn't worry about it.

it doesn't matter, your body breaks em down in your mouth/stomach/intestine so its all mush anyway. the amount of calories expended in food absorption/breakdown has got to be similar to walking to the refrigerator to get more food.

i like the taste, but i guess it is pretty subjective. most of my friends vomit when i just tell em what in the tuna shake, haha !
