It's a kick in the balls wake up call. I'm up at 7:30, to go take a leak, then pop on the scale, and this morning the b**** talked back. Disgusted by the pounds I've lost, she gives me a big old smile and I immediately want to throw the scale out the window, 171. A sticking point, now my fears set in, do I increase my cardio, ya just a little, do I increase the intensity or frequency in the gym, **** no. A sticking point is like a bad day in the gym, you punch it in overdrive and see what you're made of, it's not a "who cares" it's a nice kick in the balls wake up call. All this moaping around B.S. has to stop, it's time to face the music and get moving. I'm 7 weeks out, 3 days to the halfway point, and a few weeks closer to cutting out all of the additives and intensify my focus. It's 7 weeks and counting............

good to see your progressing well. iv had a few sticking points myself. i try not to weight myself very often either, i like the look and feel method. for me i hate droping calories so i usually up cardio just a tad or maybe a little less carbs on one day. good luck man, whats your target weight now?

154.25 and under, I dropped to much initially, I mean if I come in at 156 it won't be failure, however I jus want to go a little lower as I feel I can go into the division without much muscle loss. whereas the middleweight division would just dwarf me with the size i've seen on some guys, hell even in the lightweights the guys are pretty diesel
