Leviathan Log by NemisisX7

Stats
Age: 21 (22 in a few weeks)
Weight: 179
Body fat: Not positive but I estimate around 11-13%
Years lifting: From 13-17 very constant. Off and on for awhile but back solid again for 8 months.
Goals: Get rid of unwanted fat in my abs, obliques, back, and a little in my chest. Also I would like my BF% to be around 7-9% and have my weight be around 170-173 of solid mass.
Supplements: I will be using Palo Alto Labs Leviathan, MAN Vaporize, and Anabolic Xtreme Retain. Other supplements will include NO-Xplode, Smash, CEE, ON Whey Protein, SNS Inhibit-E, and NOW Adam.
Since this will be during PCT, my routine will start slow and hit close to its peak at about week 3 of PCT. The first 2 weeks will obviously be focused on maintaining strength gained from a 4 week run of Trenadrol. I don’t think cutting during this time will have a negative impact on my strength. I’m confident that my goals will be reached and very much look forward to this log. The use of said product will begin one week from today. I thank Palo Alto Labs for the chance to log their product.

Energy- About normal. Ever since I've been alcohol, cigerette, and drug free my energy has been through the roof. I do feel a little more dialed in though.

Appetite- No difference here. I still can eat like hell and a few hours later be hungry again. Hopefully this will subside soon.

Mood- Pretty damn good actually. Usually I get bummed out when its an off day but today I'm dealin with it.

Gym: None
Cardio: Played DDR for 15min. If you don't think this is appropriate cardio I suggest you play on heavy mode with speed x2. Damn good workout.

My diet so far has been decent. Its not what I EAT that gave me this belly but what I ATE. I can get away with a less than perfect diet and stay lean, but of course I'm cleaning it up for a bit to give Leviathan a fair chance. I'm still tweaking a new routine so bear with me on that.

Dosing- Leviathan will be dosed 2 ed for 3 days. Then it goes to 4 ed divided into 2 servings. Vaporize 3 ed as directed. Retain 2 ed.

Looking good so far Nemesis. As I stated in other logs, the yohimbine in Levithan is most effective when taken without the insulin spike in your system. 45-60 mins before meals, or 45-60 mins after meals (most average carb'd meals). Leviathan is not spiked with 350mg+ of caffeine like other fat burners, which will explain why your energy was only so much over normal. If you want to supplemetn with additional caffeine, you may do so up to your personal tolerance levels.

I put this on another forum, might be helpful here as well:
Caffeine is a valuable thermogenic... but only to a certain point. Most products pack in 250mg to 350mg's+ of caffeine to try and create a quote un quote buzz...

The only thing that adding all this extra caffeine really does is cause un needed stress on your ADRENAL GLAND... which is a def no no. We figured that since people are taking in so much caffeine in their daily diet... ie coffee, soda, prework out supplements.. we would only dose caffiene in an approriate amount.

Good luck!

Energy- More energized than yesterday. Not jittery or anything, just a good solid energy. :D

Appetite BIG difference from yesterday so far. Might have played a factor at the gym. I'll explain below.

Mood- Very good. About as cheerful as I get. Quite enjoyable.

Gym: Chest/Bi's/Shoulders/Calves

Flat Bench- 225X10, 245X10, 255X8, 225X10
DB Incline- 70X7, 70X10, 70X8
DB Curls- 55X10, 55X8, 45X10
Incline Curls- 35X10, 35X10, 35X10
Alt. DB Curls- 25X12, 30X10, 30X10
Lat. Raises- 30X10, 30X10, 30X8
Side Lat. Raises 25X10, 30X10
Seated Calf Raises- 90X15, 115X15
Standing Calf Raises- 215X15, 295X10, 195X15

Here's the thing, the calves and shoulders were supposed to be supersets in with chest and bis. When I was doing benches I felt a little uneasy. I got to Inclines and on that last rep of the first set I almost passed out. I had to put the weight down and sit for a while. Which sucks for a few reasons, I could've done more weight, it postponed my workout, and suersets were now out of the equation. This can be attributed to not getting enough carbs this morning and/or the Retain. I think I took it a little too close to my workout. I had energy to run but with what happened I just finished up and came home. Felt strong though.:)

Cardio: I may run later. I'll edit if I do.

I worked up a good sweat today despite what happened. I have a good feeling about these 3 products. Should work out very well. If today is any indication of whats to come, I'll have no problem keeping my strength while cutting down.

Dosing- Leviathan will be dosed 2 ed for 3 days. Then it goes to 4 ed divided into 2 servings. Vaporize 3 ed as directed. Retain 2 ed.

Energy- Very weird. At times I'm yawning and feeling dead but once I get in the gym I'm fine. Strange......

Appetite- Once again, very controlled. :D

Mood- Pretty decent today considering I couldn't get to sleep last night. 5 Excedrin PM's, 1g of pheinbut powder, and 12g of melotinin, you think I would've been out like a light!!

Gym: Core
Hyperextensions- 3X12 with 25 pound plate
Obliques- 35 pound plate
Leg Lifts- 3X15
Ab machine- 4X20 90lbs
Oblique machine- 3X12 140 pounds
Sit-ups on decline- 3X10 with 2 five pound plates

Cardio: 25 min of walk/run/jog

Todays workout was decent. When I was running my knees started hurting a bit so that put a damper on my cardio. Other than that I felt strong and had the energy to keep going. I was sweatin like a pig!

NemisisX7
February 20th, 2007, 08:50 PM
To be honest its not that easy for me to gain weight. My shoulders and legs are by far my strongest body parts. Chest and arms are much harder to gain. No tolerance to the Leviathan yet. Although the Retain is gettin on my nerves. My metabolism is already fast so the fact that it stimulates your T3 hormone kinda gets to me at times.

Strength has been about the same. Maybe a slight increase. I'm not real sore the next day, so I guess its been better.

Yea, I seem to have a tolerance. Once I fall asleep I'm fine its just getting to sleep thats the problem. I don't feel its related to any supplements though.

I don't what the hell is up with my legs. They've gained size but semmed to have lost strength. WTF? Anyway, good workout today. By the end of my workout my shirt was soaked and I was covered in sweat. :D Today was my first day of 4 Leviathan. I did notice a difference. I'm very happy so far. I can already see an ever so slight difference in my stomach. Nothing big, but just enough to keep me goin.

Cardio: 9 min mile. Then walk/jog at various levels of incline for 16 min.

Appetite- Great! I don't get any cravings for sweets, or BS.

Mood- Was in a good mood all day.

Gym: Shoulders/Chest/Calves

DB Military Presses: 70X8, 70X8, 80X8
Alt. DB Flats: 65X10, 65X10, 65X10

Had to throw the preachers in there to keep my sweat going while I waited for a mahcine to open up. Awesome workout today. Strength was definitely up. Didn't do cardio today because I did leg workout yesterday and my joints just need a rest. Also I wanted to focus on strength today.

Cardio: None.

Energy- At times I felt tired but when I got to the gym I was rearin to go.

Appetite- Very good here. I'm not as hungry as I usually am. I'm eating slightly less.

Mood- Good for the most part. Aggravated at a few things but overall good mood.

Gym: Core/Legs

Cardio: 1.5 mile run in 10 min. Then walk/jog for 10 more min. on various inclines.

Cardio: 25 min of DDR. Had a real good sweat going. According to the game it was equivelent to running 2 miles.

Didn't go to the gym so I don't have an official weigh-in. Although I weighed myself yesterday after my workout and I was at 174.5. So lets add at least 1 pound for water, which puts me at 175.5 So I would say I've lost about 3 pounds. Very happy with this because my strength is up and BF is down.

I think my new favorite combo (I will say this before I even try it because I'm a huge fan and haven't had anything bad turn up with CL before) Is the new White Flood stacked with some Green MAG. If I could afford the others I would, but things tend to get pricy. Adding X-Factor to that would be a pretty sweet stack Nem.

I'm skipping X-Factor because I have bad point pain in my knees. White Flood looks fantastic and I just ordered Green Mag. By the way things are going I'll be under 170 when this cut ends. Energy- I was dead all day, at least before I took Leviathan. Then I was dead about a few hours later. Once I got to the gym and started a sweat I got it in gear.

Appetite- Still amazed at how I haven't been eating as much. Not sure how much is Leviathan and how much is my own effort.

Mood- Decent until it started raining. Then I was happy. :D

Hyperextensions: 3X12 with 25lbs
Obliques: 3X10 with 45lbs
Sit-ups on decline: 5X20

Amazing day today! I ran 2 miles before my workout. Then afterwards I felt like sweating some more so I ran another mile. Todays workout was decent. Some machines were taken so I had to skip a few exercises but its ok. I'm running at 5 min intervals with 2 min walks in between. Weight is stagnant at 175.

I'm thinkin thats the case. My shoulders and legs look like they've gained a little bit of size and my midsection is gettin slightly smaller. Strength form the Tren is still there although I'm not sure I'd be able to hit 315X4 on bench again though. :( Db flats with 100X8 aint that bad though.

Energy- Very good but not jittery at all.

Appetite- Staying away from BS but eating a little bit more.

Mood- Very good, but that might be because UFC 68 is tonight baby!

Gym: Core

Dips: 3X15 Hyperextensions: 3X12 with 25lbs
Leg Lifts: 4X15
Oblique Machine: 3X15 with 130lbs. No rest.
Crunches on Decline: 5X20

Cardio: None

Had to skip cardio today. I've been gettin some gnarly shin splints, so I have to take some extra rest. After 2 weeks I'm very happy with what I'm seeing. More definition in the abs and chest and strength is holding steady for the most part, maybe a bit stronger.

Energy- Really good today.

Appetite- Still very controlled though I am taking in more calories now.

Mood- For the circumstances its pretty good.

Gym: Chest/Bi's/Calves/Shoulders

DB Incline Flies: 40X10, 40X10, 40X8

Alt. DB Curls: 25X15, 25X15, 25X15

Cardio: None

Well today was pretty shitty. The weights were good until DB curls. Not sure what happened but when I went to lean on the rack it felt like a pinched nerve in my back. From then on I was in some fukin pain. I tried my best to tough it out and keep my back and neck as still as possible but lateral raises just weren't happening and those curls weren't excactly comfortable. Shin splints are still there so calves weren't happening either. Hopefully it will pass by tomorrow so I can make up for today and do core otherwise it'll be a day off. This really sucks but I'd rather not exhacerbate my back.

Thats no good bro. Hope it was just a minor tweak and you didn't actually injure anything. I'm sure you'll be back in the gym tomorrow or the next day with no problem. Log is looking good BTW. Keep it up...

Ah, pinchin a nerve in your neck and back can hurt like hell. Ive done it a handfull of times, but Ive found that heating the pinch and stretching your entire back will usually alieviate the pressure

Good luck man

Still no damn cardio! Shin splints are killing me! Some how my weight went down to 174 though. Went light at first on Military Presses to see if my back would bother me. Threw in the last 2 exercises because I had the energy. Very good workout, strength went up a little bit and endurance while lifting has gone up as well.

OK well, uh, apparently I sprained my inside left ankle. Not sure when or how it happened but I was getting in the shower and noticed my ankle is badly swollen. Like I said I have no idea what happened so I'm going to assume that its sprained. So I guess there's definitely no cardio anytime soon which sucks. I guess White Flood will be put to the endurance test.

1 bottle down, 1 to go!
So with 1 bottle down I have 1 left. Initial impressions of the first bottle are very good. Leviathan gives you that little boost without the crash and without the jitters. I also noticed that I was more alert and focused. I had to drop the Retain and NO-Xplode because I noticed that when I used these I felt hungry and famished far too often. Then again I'm not too tolerant of stims. and have a fast metabolism. Strength, not sure I can really give an accurate judgement on this. I started back on creatine at the same time I started Leviathan. However, I did notice a slight increase in strength and endurance. I also noticed I worked up a sweat easier and faster. My weight started at 179 and it is now 172. I made sure the scale was balanced and even this time. I very much look forward to the next bottle and hope to cut down even more. Unfortunately I'm not sure if the pics show the difference but I'll post anyway.

I'm going to be adding BCS Labs Edcyplex to the stack. I have a good idea of how the Leviathan worked on its own. I think alot of people are wondering about this product and I figured what the hell. We'll see if there's a difference in strength.

Felt good to get back in gym though this workout seemed short. Had a good pump going. I really need to get back to do doing some cardio. Weight is at 174 today. This is after work and drinking a ton of water. It hasn't changed in a week or so but I have noticed a little more size in my delts, so its all good.

Damn bro, it's always unexpected, and you never think it could happen to you, hell it never even happened to anyone I know... But dude, banks will work with you to no end, technically they are responsible for the money in your account. Best of luck bro, and if you need anything at all let me know.

Nem that sucks! Nothing like someone wronging you and no possibility for revenge to frustrate the hell out of you. No matter how close an eye you keep on your records, incredible amounts of damage can be done in 5 minutes. Take that aggression to the ring!

Yea and no. I still have to go and apply for a new SSN and mail some stuff in to get my credit report and figure out what else if anything may be on there that is fraudulant. After that it will straightened out. And yea, the cardio is coming back so I'll be starting more muscular endurance type training and working on some technique.

Had a good workout today. Cardio is still not great but its definitrely getting there. Squats, push-ups, and some sit-ups were done circuit style. I ran before the workout and then after about 175 sit-ups I ran again. I didn't want to get off the treadmill at all either. Not something that usually happens. Another great workout. I told you guys those Deads and Squats were gonna go up quick. Just glad to see the strength coming strength still. On those super squats, what I did was go all the way down and explode up lifting the whole thing above my head. Kinda fun. Hadn't done the over head raise in a while and I missed it. I think my workouts are going to be worked on again. I really enjoy the power exercises and would like to add more to my routine. And with the start of the Spartan Project coming closer this is what needs to be done. I might have a day of 2 for cosmetic lifting but it will be more geared towards just plain power and explosiveness.

Here's my final thoughts on Leviathan, damn good product. Its probably best in a stack though, just to be safe. Its not a very stimulating product, but at the same time it gives a great focus. As you can see I definitely leaned out alot. And on top of that my off cycle strength didn't decrease much at all! Losing close to 10 pounds and not losing strength is a good thing.

Strength: 9/10 Didn't 'gain' a whole lot but like I said, losing 10 pounds and not losing strength is damn good too.
Mood: 8/10 If you're having a bad day, then this won't help you. Then again I don't think much would. Otherwise this really does put you in a good mood.
Focus: 9/10 DAmn good. After taking a dose at work, I was on it.
Appetite: 9/10 I was extremely surprised in this area. Coming off of Trenadrol I was eating like a horse, no more than a few days after I started Leviathan I was eating significantly less.

Overall: 9/10. Very good product and a good choice if you're not a fan of stims.
