View Full Version : Trenadrol Run Number 2

Hey guys, I've been kinda off and on the last little bit, but my life is finally slowin down. I'm gonna be doin a log here for my Trenadrol/Hemadrol stack. I'm open to some opinions/suggestions on the dosages/timing, but so far I have two ideas of how I would like to do this, first being both at the same time:

Trenadrol @ 60mg - 30days
Hemadrol @ 50mg - 30days

OR:

Weeks 1-2 Hemadrol Solo @ 50mg
Weeks 3-4 Hemadrol @50mg and Trenadrol @60mg
Weeks 5-6 Trenadrol @60mg

I have a solid line of supporting supps, and a PCT lined out with;
SNS PCT Stack
Blue Up (stim free)
ZMA
GreenMAG

I will be running the usual supporting supps;
RYR
Multi
EFA's
Saw Palmetto (been on for a month tomorrow)
Cissus
Liver Detox
(I have a bottle of Taurine just in case)

Shipment comes Monday, I would like to start Tuesday :D

Thanks man, I'm looking for pure strength, any lean gains that I may make are just an added bonus. Same with leaning out a bit. I guess I forgot my goals and whatnot, currently at:

Age: 21
# of Ph cycles: This is number 3
Lifting Experience: 2 dedicated years and some change, lifting since HS
Weight: 202 (Down from 220!!!)
BF: 14.6% as of this morning
Height: 5'10"

I don't have access to blood testing this cycle, but I have a whopper of a cycle planned for later on in the year, so I will be doing bloodwork for the next one.

Ya man I hear the good supporting supps thing. So, I'm more or less going for strength with possible leaning... So... run the second one?

yeah if its for strength and then bulk i think thats a better way to go, cause the strength will jump allowing you to really overwork your muscles and rebuild like crazy on anything else (in my case superdrol)

Ok guys it's getting closer, My order comes in tomorrow. I still am open to any stack advice as far as how to run my tren/hema. I'm still leaning torwards the second choice. I'm sick as a dog right now, have been since last night, hoping to kick it by Tuesday when I start my cycle. I might push it back to Wednesday. I tried the whole "tear the green tea packet open and 'eat' it thing I stole from VooDoo, worked wonders along with extra vitamin C and Airborne. Aside from that; Suggestions anyone??

Alright guys, I powered through a little workout here to get some starting points finished off, headache and all ;) . lol. So here goes:

Strength:
Bench1rm - 265
Squat3rm - 365
Deadlift3rm - 315

Size:
Neck - 19"
Chest - 46.5"
R. Bicep - 16"
L Bicep - 15.75"
R Quad - 23.5"
L Quad - 23.5"
Waist - 35"
Both Calves - 16"

Bf/Weight:
Steady 203 @ 15.4% BF as of this morning.

Diet will be expressed on a weekly basis.
Workout routine will not be posted, only significant increases in weight. Before pics should be up either tonight or tomorrow morning. :D

SO, after work I was feeling fairly good, So I got a second opinion and I was told it was a flu virus going around my small little town and everybody has been getting it. I wasn't prescribed anything, so tonight I started things off with 60mg of Tren. Ended up doing arms today, was a great work out. No significant changes, just the usual placebo mindset. :)

Its easiest if its in jpg format I think. Just manage attachments, find the pic on your comp, upload and it should come up. The valid file types are listed when you manage attachments. ;)

dude the front pics are classic, sometimes its good to throw in the "Fat Burner Ultimate Transformation" pic in there, u gotta look a little sad, have a ton of carbs and liquid protein in your system (for added bloat) and roll your shoulders slightly forward and push the stomach out, boom, now in 12weeks lets see your transformation

LOL ya, I don't think I could bring myself to fooling myself anymore than I already do ;) lol

Ok So It's day three! So far things are looking good, no sides except a small patch of acne?? lame. But yay something to complain about. I am far from aggressive, I'm eating clean and water intake is just under 2 gallons. Strength gains.... well its hard to tell right now, I will have to keep you guys informed on this one.

Well, the weights are stickin about the same... But thats fine with me for now, as long as they dont drop any! lol. I guess my only sides right now if any would be a freaking pimple on my right shoulder... and a voracious appetite... I hit the taco wagon today, 8 tacos later, I felt just barely satisfied... So ya definitely a ramp up in the appetite department. I'm hoping these strength gains come soon, I could really use em right now! haha.

Oh... I guess I forgot to, and need to mention, I wont be running Hemadrol with this stack, I will be running EST's Methyl Vol. I will possibly start in Week 2 sometime. Reason being - I plan on running a Hemadrol/Winztrol stack in may. So ya, my bad on the Hemadrol post.

Some pretty mild aggression today... I'm wondering if it was a crappy day or a side. Either way today at day 4, I felt some pretty good strength gains! I did shoulders today, and all the weights were up!

Im on lunch from work... I have to say, we had to move some things around the office a bit today, I feel like superman.. I'm gonna go ahead and give tren 5 *'s for today on strength, aggression has gone down a bit as well which is also a plus. I will do a moderate back workout tonight and post more later on!

You'll also notice that the pump never reeally fully goes away and your muscles will be alot fuller. Keep workin hard man.

I know what you mean on the long lasting pumps. SO! today was day 7... I am up to 204, I had an awesome chest workout, my chest and tris were completely PUMPED from my first few warm up benches. Strength is up, I hit 275 today. Only thing so far is my endurance is wayyy down. I was gettin under 8 reps on everything it seemed, and struggling to do so. Anyways, so far so good. Tomorrow starts my first 90mg day... I will only be running 90 for one week then dropping down to 60 again for the duration of the bottle. Ohh... and I got a comment from my workout partners wife... apparently Im slimming down!

watch yourself! listen to your body at high dose trenadrol and watch the blood pressure.

Alrighty! Today was the first day at 90, I did back tonight... Something else, I'm telling ya, the vascularity is the most pronounced effect still, with strength a close runner up, and a very slight leaning at third. Numbers were definitely up!, but the best part of this for me, is I have veins in places I didnt think I would ever get veins.. My shoulders have little veins in em now :D

Thanks for the advice JBM!

A quick update for the day, some very exciting stuff happened today! I am up to 207, and I am down to 14.2% bf... Its a sudden thing as well. Vascularity is still kickass and I will post more about the strength factor after my workout tonight.

Wow... unbelievable strength... I did legs today... I limped to my car, but every single weight was up 10-20 pounds. (except the leg extensions those remained the same) legs press was up a whopping 90 pounds?! Vascularity was also a huge thing tonight, my calves looked great! So far so good guys, I'll keep everyone posted.

Workout was good, a few personal bests, weights going up, I weighed in at 209 today thats a 7 pound increase, am at 14.4% bodyfat as of lunch. I will be dropping dosage back down to 60, 90mg was intense, very intense. Also will be running the tren for a full 2 weeks before I start the SD. I want to give it a fair chance.

Today is day 11 of the tren, the sides so far are some mild aggression, backne, elevated blood pressure, and some drying out (water takes care of it fine) Postives are a 7 pound weight increase, leaned out a bit, strength increases are notable, most of all, the vascularity is wicked. I won't be starting the sd til the 6th

Ok Day 12! Since I have dropped back down to 60, all sides with the exception of a few stray pimples and some slight agression have vanished. Vascularity is still the main thing I've noticed, strength is not really exceptional at this time, but going up nonetheless. And... my belly is looking like it was hiding some ABS!

No, I never had any previous BP issues. The readings that were high ranged from 136-141 / 68-72. Usual BP for me is 118/65 - 120/70 (ish)

I'm seein veins in my calves and the mirror is telling me I'm losing weight. Weight was 210!! which is up 8 total pounds, (nice considering the body fat is going away at the same time) Diet is still clean and strict. Since dosage dropped to 60 I havent had anymore bp issues. Aggression has lessened to a degree, and acne isnt quite as bad as when I first noticed it. Been accused of things at the gym due to my lifts all jumping in weight and my belly disappearing... lol Overall at the close of week 2, I give tren a 9/10.

Hel yeah dude, I can't wait to jump on this stuff. I thought about it awhile back before anyone here used it or really talked about it. But now everyone seems to love I have to try it out. I hope my order gets here soon.

Hey I trusted you on that one, I was testing the waters for myself. Every 'body' is different bro. lol but ya you're just a freak... you should have a disclaimer on every single one of your logs that says: WARNING: I am a genetic monster. I handle things better than anyone else. DO NOT even pretend to want to run the things I run. Any attempts to do so, will more than likely demolish your organs.

Today was day 14! I did chest today.... I set pr's for everything I did, every set I increased reps and/or weight. Today was also my first day of Methyl-Vol at 10mg. I ended up doing a lying tricep pushdown exercise and I thought my tri's were going to pop on me. So for today I give everything a 10/10... I couldn't be happier with the way things are right now. (fat reduction stopped, body fat has been steady at 14-15%) (body weight is still climbing slowly.)

Day 15, second day of methyl vol at 10mg. So far everything is good, the amount of pills everyday has gone up drastically since the addition but not toooo awful bad. My diet is getting choppy, not really bad, but I'm subbing a lot of later meals with mrps or a protein bar/RTD. Workout tonight wasn't the greatest, I had decent pumps, good lifts, weights somewhat up still. The aggression is kinda lacking today... hmm

Anybody know where to find a BP monitoring cuff that fits larger sized arms? The one I have *could* be giving false readings. It says it accomodates 9inch to 13 inch arms (supposedly the average male size) My arms are roughly 16inches. I believe that to be part of my high bp scare. So feedback on that would be superb, I start methyl-vol at 20mg today, would love to have accurate bp readings while I run this.

Also as an update for everybody, I will be losing my workout partner due to his job for a few weeks, so I'm sure the intensity of things is gonna get cranked up about 3 notches or so. WOW.... thats all I can say. I'm in awe at the intensity of my leg workout today. The weights were extremely high tonight (could be the tren??) but I was pushing past maxes with reps of 4+. I blazed through that workout! Awesome pumps, they almost scared me, I'm going to post you guys a shot of my left quad here in a bit, it was crazy. I usually have zero def. in my legs, but wow. So aside from the killer workout, and the incredible strength tonight, I remembered why I loved working out alone, its wayyy more intense.

So, with yesterday being my first 20mg day for the Vol, and still running 60mg Tren, I guess I should say, I have no sides, except for an extremely increasing amount of acne... I have a freaking pimple on my forehead... I cant believe it. And the shoulders/back are starting to get pimples on them... time to break out the pantothenic acid. Recovery seems to be the big thing right now, I did legs last night, I feel barely sore at all, and that was a helluva workout. My sleep has definitely improved quite a bit as well, Once I'm out, I'm out for 9 hours. I'm lovin that. Appetite has fluctuated quite a bit actually. Sometimes I don't feel hungry and I have to force myself to eat, and sometimes I'm just totally starving so I have to stray away from the kitchen. I will be breaking my diet tonight for some chinese... I only eat the meat anyways, so its not that big of a deal. I'll keep things posted as far as changes go.

Just got home from the gym, Did shoulders... All I gotta say is WOW. I get more impressed every day. The shoulder pumps were ridiculously amazing. Great endurance, powered through that workout in just under an hour. (I love working out alone).

lol i was passed out in the living room at like noon... i guess i put it there cause it was comfy...wasnt doing anything questionable... just sleeping, like i do, a lot.

Alrighty... So, WTF! I'm down to 213 now.. overnight! well, I'll let it go because its still 11 pounds in 2.4 weeks (with some body fat losses). Welllll... tonight I did arms, and freaking loved it! Strength is holding steady but the endurance (rep wise) is phenomenal. I'm thinking the next 3.3 weeks will be pure strength and leaning down as compared to results thus far. If I can hold weight here I will be happy, so regardless of what happens from here out, I will be have a smile on my face. Vascularity on the bi's tonight was so sweet. Its an earthworm instead of a faint line (both sides) Triceps pushed some heavy weights around tonight, for heavier weight than usual, on the weighted dips (I use the 100 pound plate) I got 8 reps over my usual 5-6. With the 45 I got 4 sets of 8. Close grips werent totally huge, but my form has improved over what it was. Last note, strength went down on barbell curls, about 5 pounds, but the lower begining weight felt unusually light, high reps. BP stabilized at 128/71 (average of 3), so no sides! (acne excluded)

Still dropping weight... Down to 210... Today was a semi off day. I went in to bs with the girl at the counter and do some calve work. Nothing to special to report tonight, acne still there, water intake is up, I feel thirstier lately, even after 2 gallons I manage to squeeze more in at night. Appetite is way down, I've been force feeding myself kinda. Aggression is finally back! I was way aggresive today. Other than that....

Incredible day again guys. My chest workout was so freaking amazing. Bench is up a total of 30 pounds, Incline is up a whopping 90 pounds!!! Basically, everything has gone up, (especially the acne) I noticed a pimple on my cheek this morning... very odd. Todays workout was a 10/10. Wasn't the most intense ever, but it was excellent.

Alright, so I'm unbelievably sore today. I don't think I've ever been this beat up. Hmm, so ya, I would like some opinions if anyone has them, as to why I'm feeling this sore. (Usual soreness levels on a scale of 1-10 [10 being so sore I stay in bed] I would say I'm at a 9, and average soreness for me is a 2 or 3 at best)

Had a nice heavy leg workout today... Weights are way way up again, the box squats left me kinda dumbfounded, they went down. I made a decent attempt at 385 at the squat rack and I would say that maybe one out of the three reps qualified as a good rep. Still completely pumped from yesterdays workout... I'm impressed.

Nothing new to report tonight. Sides are low, recovery is very high, endurance is getting better and better. All in all, doing very good. I'm getting a little dried out from the vol, but loving the results, detailed info to come Friday night.

Ok guys... I want some answers, if anyone has them that is... I'm eating at a caloric surplus, very clean, with the exception of that one night I had chinese... I'm still running 60mg tren and 20mgs SD... I weighed in at 210 today... I look leaner yes... But my diet makes me think I should be bulking up nicely... Any thoughts/opinions?
Average caloric intake is between 4200-4400/day. Average amount of protein is beyond 320 but lower than 380. Carb intake is fluctuous, between 350-400. I would say an average of 150 for fat, all from peanut butter, fish, avacodo in the form of guac., and nuts. (of course there is more sources, those just being the main ones.)

Wow... Today is day 27... Well guys, strength is insane, shutdown hard, acne is still somewhat around, I think tren peaked out, It's time to let the SD hit me hard for 2 more weeks, I'll see what I can do with this stuff. No cardio really, just a very intense workout, I'm still gaining strength and size, but not weight... I'm guessing either I'm dropping more body fat or the scale is off or something... not a clue really.

Alright! Helluva chest day.. I can barely type, but I feel awesome. All in all my workout today was another 10/10. Strength is steadily increasing, as well as vascularity. Aggressiveness helped so much today, it was pushing me to finish sets strong. I feel much heavier and look fuller in the mirror, but I forgot to weigh in today, I will post weight tomorrow.

Alright, weight was 216 this morning... No a huge thing I guess, BP was 126/69. Today is the official last day of Trenadrol. I will be running Methyl-Vol for two more weeks, possibly at 30mgs, dependant on sides. So far, this has been a totally kickass f-in cycle. I have a great aggresive mentality, I get the goosebumps before I lift heavy, I lift very heavy, I'm lovin life right about now. I'm leaving for Vegas on the 28th and my cycle ends the 27th. I have to go to Vegas for a week for work, but no biggy, plenty of gyms there. Next question for anyone paying attention... I have tried Vitamin E... with no luck, how can I get rid of these freaking stretch marks folks? (my biceps/chest look like a pregnant belly post partum)

Thanks man. I have been using vitamin E oil, but it hasnt done much for me. My arm pits look all f-ed up. I have just stopped wearing sleeveless shirts for the time being, except at the gym. Thoughts on tanning them out? It's freakin hot here in Nevada right now, I could sit out in the sun for a few hours and see what happens?

Alright, as a quick update for everybody Yesterday was my official last day of Trenadrol. Today, on, I will be running Methyl-Vol solo @ 30mgs. *side note* DO NOT run this same cycle at any time, for any reason, I am doing this because I am very familiar with my body and it's limits, and if for any reason I don't think that I can handle 30mgs I will drop back down to 20, no questions asked. Now with that being said, I am going to do the BP thing 3 times daily now, going to (hopefully anyways) bust open the taurine I've had forever now, and increase the glucosamine/chondroitin doses I have been taking, just to be safe. Water intake is up from ~2gallons to ~2.5 now as well.

Although I miss my Tren already, my workout was fan-uffking-tastic! I did legs today, I went ridiculously heavy tonight guys. I hit 385 for 8 SOLID reps (I *think* I could have hit 9, but didn't chance it). So, I will have to figure out my new 3RM on squats in 2 weeks. I had more than enough compliments at the gym tonight to make me feel like a million bucks, I'm still pretty lean with weight fluctuating between 215-217 (so 13-15 pounds up so far with a body fat drop) I'm gonna go out on a limb and say total LBM gained so far is around 20 pounds. I feel very lean, thats why I'm saying that. I blistered my calves up hard tonight, I loaded up the sled and went balls to the wall with only enough rest to drop a plate off each side 5 times... So far this stack has my <3 (awwww) lol

I annihilated the shoulders tonight, I went all out on everything just to make em burn as much as possible. Barely got traps in, had a lot of dead weight in the gym tonight, pretending to be serious. Agression was insane today, I've been a real prick about things. Almost went out for chinese tonight, but not enough time, Maybe this weekend. Wellp, anyways folks, I regret not taking the Tren/SD at the same time the whole way through. But you live N learn.

Arm day! I was very very tired and bogged down today so I decided it was time to use my SMASH sample... Needless to say the energy was awesome. I believe NO shotgun gave me better intensity, and I feel like the pumps were 'average' for an NO product. The taste was flawless, It's koolaid :D The workout was very very rigorous and I'm totally spent, but the weights barely went up, and some stayed the same. I guess one notable mention for the night was my tricep straight bar pressdowns... up to 150, thats up 40 pounds. My weight is staying steady at 215ish. I don't recommend ANYONE using a preworkout stimulant while on cycle, I did so at my own risk and my blood pressure was checked before and after, needless to say it was elevated to 142/74 about 20 minutes after I drank it. I have yet to check it post w/o.

If you do start the Blue Up, plz keep us informed, as I've heard and have used it myself, Hypertest works very well, and I would recommend it to anyone lookin for a boost on or off cycle

New PCT looks like the ALRI Bad Ass Mass stack, starting things off with JW for 2 weeks solo, then adding in BAM for 4 weeks, then Restore as the final product leading up to the end of week 8. I think this will help me keep my 'gains' a bit. I'm mostly wanting to keep the strength here. I will update more, but as mentioned previously the $$$ factor is a huge issue for me right now, went through some problems with identity theft and am still working on getting back to where I need to be. I will keep things updated.
