I would wait a couple of years more still before I considered anything like roids. Man they can mess you up and every manufacturer is coming out with non ph non steroid replacements right now since the ban went into effect.

Check out dermasize by legal gear or NO infuse. There is so much killer new product stuff out there that can drastically improve your pump, why jump into roids at 19?

Try some of the other new stuff first and see how that works for you.

I was just wondering, if u think i should wait why not ill wait iam not in a rush, so what Do u recommend i take iam in the blank i have no clue, well i do but i dont wanna waste money and valuable workout time on something that hardly works or useless when it comes to alot of this stuff i did crap loads of research of course but experience is always great knowledge.
should i take creatine and some supplements but what kind, iam looking for maximum performance now if roids are to strong ill wait for those later but i need something for now, there are so many items that sound great but i dont know whats good or whats not so good gimme some advice or names of products that would be great.

My favorite supps for getting a wicked pump are Legal Gear NO Infuse (a transdermal cream) combined with AE2 by Nutrabolics. This combo works.

Just have some protein smoothies and /or isopure handy to get quick protein after you get that pump going to feed the muscle.

Dermasize is worth a try also but that is newer type of transdermal.

Good luck. I know you will get a wicked pump going with those two supps.

Also it is not just that roids are "too strong", but they have very REAL side effects, a lot of them are illegal now, and it is VERY complicated to use them correctly anyway cause you really have to study how to cycle on and off of them correctly. It took me like 5 months of research to figure out how to correctly put together a cycle with post cycle therapy that would work for me and I am 40. Plus at 19 your natural testosterone is naturally high anyway.

All you need is a little time to get big and that is on your side at 19. Just stay focused and go for that wicked pump. With NO Infuse it stays going for a long time after the workout. Just lift heavy bro.

the supps ghost recommended are awesome for pumps, but if you are looking for strength then check out cee (creatine ethyl ester)

There are a few options to AE2. I assume you are talking about an oral form of arginine like AAKG or arginine Ester? I am happy to give you ideas for that though I am curious why you don't what to go with AE2.

Pinnacle NOX2 is an OK from of AAKG which is water soluble arginine.
Downside on Pinnacle Nox2 is the tablets are these way too big horse size pills, but you do get used to it. I like it in spite of this but i like AE2 more.

Muscletech Pumptech looks interesting though i have never tried it.

A few people on this board like NO xplode though again I have not tried it.

Ergopharm is about to release 1 NO soon, they make good stuff also.

By the way i like SAN OX which is citrulline malate also but you need to take that with some kind of arginine.

My best pumps are with NO Infuse ; Nutrbolics AE2; and San OX all combined. ( I forgot to mention OX before. Sorry)

Just remember you got to lift those heavy ass weights.

I hope my posts have been helpful to you. Good luck and please post back how it all works for you.

i got one question i hope somone responds to this, me and my brother have a arguement going he thinks that supplements have bad side effects. i dont think so, he says supplements dont work well or at all and they are for the weak as he put it. i tell him anabolic steroids have bad side effects but he claims they both do, not to mention all supplements as he put it make you get water retention and he claims that supplements effects dont last very long and he says after you stop you lose it all at a very fast rate that is kinda true. but who said iam gonna stop? as far as i know roids lose what u gain at a more rapid rate. can somone please respond to his stupidity and put him in his place i will show him the post for him to read

to make this short he thinks supplements dont really help and have bad effects somone please let him know the truth hes kinda thick headed he went to a gym for like 2 months and he think hes a expert and lifting weights and he thinks he knows it all, but he only took one supplement ever and hes over weight now so he must not know much.

Well NOZ has creatine i think and THAT can definately cause you an upset stomach an hour or two after your workout you go sit on the can. BUT it does help the pump max out. Just be prepared for the possobiblty of runs after the workout. I am cutting back on creatine myself.

Acutally NOZ looks like a great product but i was going to ask Rodney who runs nutrabolics if he is going to replace the r-ala with k-rala in that formulation before i tried it. There is info on other Nutrabolics threads about this.

With regards to gains going away from regular supps no if you keep up your workout intensity and lift HEAVY the gains stay given enough protein in the diet. HOWEVER with roids you need to research cycling and post cycle therapy. What happens when you stop roids is your body is no longer making it's own natural testosterone and it takes a few weeks to get your body's natural test production back up to normal. With low test the gains will dissappear without VERY careful planning with supps and PCT. Anyway you are not going to doing that yet right? You were going to try the non hormonal natural type supplemants first right?

The whole thing with water retention depends on what supps you are talking about. Creatine for example does affect water retention THe whole point is to hydrate the muscle and pump blood into it. Hard to get a muscle to grow without inducing a pump and that means liquid and yeah water helps. Keep pumping it every week and after a few months the muscle will definately be bigger.

Good luck, sounds like your brother needs to study a bit. Just remember: be careful picking your supps with regard to roids. I know when you are young you feel indestructable and immortal but you CAN get hurt. SO please be careful and exersize your mind before you pop roids or anything dangerous. People on this BB do really care about other people; not just selling something for money. :)
