I just played half court. I'm trying to gain a little muscle thanks to Xfactor while I go for maintanance calories.

I'm going to start using SNS CVM extreme with this to give it an extra kick.

Had a real shitty workout, little tired today plus my shoulder was bothering me.

3 sets of leg lifts with my partner slapping my feet down. X15, X15, X13

2 sets of Kneeling crunches - 85lbs X20, X20 (+6 reps)

felt strong today even though I have a little cold. I cant wait to get out of dorms so I'm not sick so often.

What do you guys think of doing reps of 25 for DB shrugs? Am I better off to just use barbell? I feel it alot more with Dumbell, but my school DBs only go up to 80.

9 days left - feels like the pumps have improved alot and I've been leaning out moreso lately. The first bottle was nice because it gave my muscles a super-hard feeling which is still present but not quite as noticeable

Rope Pulldowns - 90lbs X8 X8
Tri Pushdowns - 110lbs X9, X9

One of the cable machines is alot heavier lb per lb than the other in my gym. As you can see i used the lighter one for curls and the heavier one for tris. I'm glad i figured that out because i maxed out the lighter one last week for tris and was getting mad

All in all a great day in the gym!!

Wedgy, how do you break up quotes?

you do it when people ask multiple questiongs like

1

3
4

thanks

you mean like that? are you familiar with HTML at all? type [ quote] before the section you want to quote, and [ /quote] after the section you want to quote, but without the space.

BOLD - [ B] -- [ /B]
Underline - [ U] -- [/U]
Italic - [ I] [ /U]

works for adding pictures, URLs, everything.

yep

thanks wedgy, i havent done much in html, one of my classes at college touched on it, but it was in dreamweaver-a program that automatically codes everything, just hit the big "B" and it becomes bold

There is in general a 2 week loading phase till it has fully kicked in. It will be after loading phase that you will notice the most soreness, that will be how you know that the loading phase is over.

For some people it does take less then 2 weeks to kick in but that is how long it takes on average.

hope that helps

i want everyone to know i didnt forget about this. Moral of the story - don't trust a woman with anything lol. I had my gf take my after photos a week or two ago and she hadnt given them to me yet. Now she "may have deleted them". we'll see how it goes. I'll write up my final review within a few days photos or no photos

MY BELATED FINAL REVIEW
Sorry this took so long. I havent had the time to sit and type this out, but with the new bottles in I wanted to comment. The pictures unfortunately fell through but the words will speak for themselves.

STRENGTH CHANGES
PREACHER CURLS +10lbs, -1 rep
---Decent rise here. 10lbs in 50days thought is nothing too crazy
INCLINE BARBELL BENCH +10lbs, -1rep
---again, nothing spectacular
FLAT BARBELL BENCH no change
---this really got me mad. I have since smashed my record though :)
DEADLIFTS +20lbs, -1rep---this was a pretty good increase. I attribute alot of the increase to stronger hammies even though i try to isolate lower back with these.
LAT PULLDOWNS +40lbs, -4reps
----40lbs is clearly a big increase however you must realise i also dropped 4 reps.
CLOSE GRIP BENCH +20lbs, -3reps
----Pretty good increase.
SQUATS +70lbs, +2reps
---This was the best increase i had. I attribute alot to the Xfactor, however due to my knees i hadn't worked my legs religiously in a long time before this cycle. So some muscle-memory, some recrutement, but alot of gains.

SIZE CHANGES
CHEST -1in
---seemed more defined
QUADS +1in
---increased in size and strength
CALVES +.15in
---decent increase
ARMS -.3in
---very upset about this drop, because i know i didnt lose .3in of fat
BF% ~-1%
---if anything my calories were increased slightly, so i didnt expect to lose much if any
WEIGHT no change
---strange that i had no real change in weight - that means I gained around 2.5lbs of muscle in 50 days.

A LITTLE MORE ABOUT THE SUPPLEMENT
The pumps on Xfactor were tremendous, unlike anything I have used aside from ph/ps. However the 2.5lbs of muscle gained in 50 days was a huge disapointment to me. After reading MaxVon's log i was hoping for hormone-like gains but instead I experienced monohydrate-type gains.

I don't think this supplement is a total loss. I think if you are a wrestler or fighter, this may be a good way to increase strength without increasing mass. Also its pretty good for pumps for anyone who's willing to spend over $100 for pumps (like ghost maybe ;) ).

I thank Bill VERY much for letting me try this product, but its just not the product for me. I don't think I'll use it again, and I think I'd stick to creatine instead.
