Taking an anabolic activator 3 x's a day, carbs before and after a workout, protein, amino acids (cytodyne), creatine eec, zmas PM, Can I work my muscles more than once a week for size and strength or can I work my whole body once a week in one day? Then box the other days? Thank you in advance for any and all input. Super Matt!

i only work each muscle part once a week. if you are going to work them more you should give them at least two days of rest between workouts.

I agree. No need to train more 'cause you train more muscles as a secondary muscle. (e.g. I train biceps once a week, than back another day, I train biceps with the back as a secondary muscle)
