View Full Version : PHERA-VOL/PROPADROL cycle LOG

Starting weight is 173. I know what everyone is thinking including me; "why's your weight so low?" the month of december was fairly taxing on my body, I was slightly ill twice, and I was so busy around the holidays at work I actually ended up at around 171 for a little while. Goals are to gain size and strength. I'm not sure what my BF % is right now, but I'm trying to get this lowsy camera to work but we'll see what happens. 12-15% is my best guess on BF. Strength starts I'm going to use are bench 185x5, squat 225x5, pullups 10. These were my numbers last week, give or take a little. The reason I'm starting on a wednesday is that I'll be able to start the phera30/prop60 on monday which is one of my days off of work so I'll be able to eat the most.
days 1-5 phera@15mgs
days 6-35 phera@30mgs + propadrol@60mgs (one cap each twice daily)

diet- I live alone and I've only brought food into the house that will make for good gains. This is the most challenging part for me because I'll still be working 5 days a week. Really I go to work literally with grocery bag full of food, and just eat as much as I possibly can. goals are 3500 cals and 220g of protein per day. I put fairly high goals on myself so if I only get 3000 cals and 200g protein I'll still be happy. I know eat to grow. As I go I'll include on certain days comparisons between this and the Methyldrol cycle I did before, for the people trying to decide between a SD clone and PP clone. Any questions or comments please SPEAK UP!

174.5. Feel really good today so far. diet has been on schedule. no lifting until monday. just a lot of food, work, and sleep. tonight I'm working on getting that darn camera working. We'll see though it's kind of old.

Subscribed. I hear ya brotha. The last two months have been one health issue after another for me, too. I'm down to 184lbs now and I haven't been to the gym in over two months due to health issues and problems at work. On the bright side: Hey, man, that's what the PH's are for - to get your ass back in shape in a hurry! I'm looking to do a cycle as soon as my food sensitivity disappears (diahrreah big time). :D

174.5. This was my first day @30/60 phera/prop. Just finished a great legs workout. Also I took some green buldge before workout which contributed to great pumps. I worked from 830 till 5 today in warehouse job. Some easy lifting, but lots of walking around moving crap. I thought I wasn't going to make it to my workout. If I had to note one major change I noticed today, that'd be endurance. I'm very impressed because I didn't take any pre-workout energy supplements, beside a Monster drink I drank slowly and finished about 2 hours before I lifted. I did a full workout even after a long days work. It was a fill in day, but had I gotten the day of like normal, I think I could've maxed higher.

Libido still high.

175.5. Did chest today strength up did 205x3 on bench. plus dips today were a personal best already! 25lbsX6. I'm liking this stuff already. Tomorrow is going to be tough on the diet because I have to work both jobs, but I'm determined.
sides=zero. So far no lethargy.

177 morning and mid-day weight. Very happy about the weight gain thus far:) Today I worked both jobs and didn't get to eat as much as I'd like but still have 4 good meals in so far. We'll see tomorrow morning on the scale though. sides are still none. I should be able to get some pictures soon, do you think I should do pre workout pics (w/o being pumped) or post workout while I'm still pumped? flexed or relaxed? what pics do you think are most accurate?

as for the pics make them before work out pics that way you can really tell the difference . I you want you can do the pics before and after . As for the work thing trust me I know about those long days and how it takes a tole on the cycle gains . I'm following and will be the whole cycle keep up the good work . even if people don't post just keep posting.:D

Back workout was great strength about the same, still lots of endurance. If I don't get camera working by monday, I'll have someone else take my pics. I can't believe how much my body weight fluctuates so much.

ROFL, that's why I try to not weigh myself except at the end of the cycle and PCT. Also, try and only weigh yourself first thing in the morning. On average I drink 1 1/2-2 gallons of water a day besides 4-6 meals, so it can vary a good bit in the span of 12 hours.

The postings I make about my weight are always first thing in the morning, wearing the same suit. Speaking of which I am back up to 177. Still haven't noticed any sides.

Am following this log with interest. Pics would be great before and after. I didn't post any pics on my SD Insomnia log, but that was because I never intended it to be a log in the first place - it just turned out that way due to interest... then I got sick as hell toward the end of the cycle. Keep up the great work and take some immune system enhancers while you're at it. :D

177.5. I took a small amount of superpump today preworkout to get my butt going, today I was a slow starter. But damm it worked! concentration was right on today, loved it. did squats 275x1 for 2 sets, to make sure my form was acceptable. another personal best. Sides none. pics scheduled for tomorrow with current measurements.

177. strength the same but damm I hade huge pumps and huge endurance today. I finished my chest portion and still had time for +30x4 dips and military plus overhead tricep isolation. One thing I like so far is that I don't seem to be experiencing too much bloat, most likely due to the propadrol addition. Also muscle are feeling really full and dense even out of the gym. Luckily we had a snow day today, so I got the day off of work, lots of eating!

177 still, I've been this weight for the last 5 days which is kind of weird. mon-wed all I did was eat, lift, and a little cleaning. I may have dropped some bodyfat, but not too much. The phera so far has certain differences I'm noticing since my last SD cycle. note the methyldrol was a stand alone whereas here I am stacking with propadrol. phera has minimal shutdown, no lethargy, no back pumps, no feeling of incredible thirst (drink water or your back will hurt). So far I think I'd describe this as SD with about 75% of the gains and 5% of the sides. Most SD sides didn't come till week 3 or 4. The SD sides weren't unbarrable, though, but besides the strength and weight gains, I feel as well as I normally due. I'll post again after my workout tonight. Also, I was expecting to gain some bloat, which I have not yet seen.

Another amazing back/bi/shoulder workout. I still am giving 5 stars to the endurance factor so far, I can really push myself. did narrow grip pullups today with a lot of clothes on due to the cold and me blowing a fuse and shutting off my furance in garage. did 8 narrow which is good considering I almost always do wide, but trying to keep things varied. No noticable sides.

177 still. Here's the break down so far. On a scale from 1-5, 5 being the best. Today is day 18 from start and day 12 on the phera30mg/prop60mg of 35 days.
Weight gain: 3/5
(5/5 first 9 days up 4 pounds in about a week)
(1/5 last 9 days been stuck at 177)
strength: 4.5/5
Only one day so far that my strength has not increased noticably.
endurance: 5/5
Holy crap this has been the best part so far. Usually I get a little stingy on weighted dips after a heavy chest workout; never the case anymore.
side effects: 5/5 (for LACK of sides)
I've felt as well as I normally have since the beginning. I am always concerned about sides because I work closely with my clientelle, and if I'm overly aggressive or lethargic for that matter it could hurt my job. Also, since the endurance being so high and the sides so low, it has helped on work days. Also wanted to note that phera commonly known as a wet gainer, has given me very little bloating, probably due to the propadrol. Plus I've been taking in plenty of creatine.
most importantly...the prohormone isn't going to due the whole thing for me...
how closely did I follow the diet/training/sleep/supps/recovery overall muscle building lifestyle: 4.5/5
I couldn't give myself a 5 because I know because of work I missed a few scheduled meals. Work also have given me a few less hours of sleep 2 nights a week but plenty of catch up time the next night. I wanted to give myself higher then a 4 though because I know I haven't missed a meal either immediately following workout or bedtime. Also, since I've been doing only very small amounts of cheating from my diet, my bodyfat may have gone down which is one reason my weight may have stayed the same for so long.

Keep everything as planned. Make any recent purchases a future cycle and not an addition;) to your present one. The gains should be hitting very soon. Its not SD, they aren't immediate. One of the reasons people tend to not put much faith in Phera products is that they don't give them proper time to start working, b/c they've been spoiled by SD.

177. I was on my way to getting 295 up today on squat but didn't make it. Next week hopefully. Pumps, strength, endurance; this is good stuff:)
I recommend anyone try this cycle before they jump into the SD clones.

I've been contemplating this for a while, but I am changing my workout from a 3 day to a 6 day. Keeping the core exercises just expanding the days for more recovery. here's what I've got so far let me know what you think. still 3 days a week.

fri-shoulders
this will also change the way my log looks.

While on any kind of hormonal cycle, your body is in a highly anabolic state. Your recovery time is usually shortened and your body's ability to absorb protein and nutrients is at an all time high. You will benefit from adjusting your workouts as long as you don't go overboard. Be sensible and don't try and work too far beyond your known limits.

I agree. I really want to be able to get some more time with my weaker areas. It's basically spead out more so I can get things more evened out. Sometimes I wont get to hit some area's (deltoid for example) as much as I'd like to. Plus, I'm going to come straight out and admit it, I have been slacking on the abs..... I know, I know.

I used to do that workout. What happened was I had great workouts and great definition; but could not gain weight and size because I have a fairly high metabolism. I'm probably closer to the average\ectomorph side. I then changed to the 3 times a week that I had been doing up until this week and finally started seeing the size and gains I was looking for. 5 days a week for me is great for cutting and such, but didn't see the gains I wanted.

I did retain quite a bit of strength from MD cycle and some weight. In my first post I explained that december was a busy month for me and I dropped some weight after my cycle. I do have to work for a living. MD was a good experience. Are you saying that I can't take the best points from my last cycle, and LEARN from my last cycle, and make this cycle a better one?? BTW phera-vol is not the same compound as methy-drol, "and yet you are doing another cycle? Why?" it's a totally different chemical makeup.

LOL how did you retain weight? Sure you might of dropped fat and gained lean mass in the last few months but your starting strength is similar on both cycles.
Don't want to rag on you but your diet/training don't appear to be in check and multiple steroid cycles won't help that.

178. Sorry no post yesterday after my workout. I'll combine yesterday with today. Yesterday was the first day of the modified workout schedule and I loved it, finally got to do all those isolation exercises my arms were asking for. Today I had the long thursday work day as I do every week, but I've kept the food intake high. I may be imagining this but lately, since tuesday, I've been experiencing some what of an increased appetite, which is great. I can't really post strength gains for arms workout because I didn't have an accurate starting point. I did dips +25x6 though plus 3 sets of 10 of just body weight. I think so far this cycle as I would put it is more "user friendly" then the SD. Again to anyone who is new to the PHs or DA.com, I'd recommend this stack if you are a new PH user and over 21 of course.

178. Did abs and calves today, still endurance is huge. Today was a good day overall, I actually got 3 compliments on the size gains I've made on my chest and shoulders. These were all from people I work with, so they've seen a difference. One girl said "why do your muscles need to be any bigger then they already are? you're head is just going to look smaller and smaller" I think that's a compliment....:confused:

181. did my chest today, extra reps on each exercise. I didn't max today though, which I probably should've. I have gained a little bit of belly fat though I think from what it looks like, but not too much. I'm liking it so far. On a positive note, I'm noticing little to no shutdown though. Sides are still absent. It's after midnight, but I'm counting this for monday's post.

179.5 today which is very surprising but I'll bet I'll be back to 181 tomorrow. Did back today and it was great. My furnace is out in my garage so it's cold! I packed on a bunch of extra clothes, so I only got 6 pullups. which is pretty good considering I had a lot of extra weight. I really like this new workout schedule because I had time to do a lot of isolation stuff. I still am amazed at the endurance and LACK OF SIDES:D

anti-e will be I3C and Hyperdrol. I'll start with a slightly higher dosage of hyperdrol. Probably 4 caps ED for the first 2 weeks, unless someone has reason to start otherwise; please feel free to comment. I think I should be safe as far as E goes, prop has anti-e, and still running I3C.

It looks great man, Congrats on your squats! I usually only go as high as my 3 rep max on squats/deads. Well hopefully the prop is keeping all of your gains nice and dry dude!

181. Risingagainst, yes everything seems to be dry. Everyone has said I look more muscular; when I ran M1P with MM a couple years ago, my friend out right said "you look fat" because of the bloating from m1p progestin. I also think I wouldn't have had any comments made if I didn't keep my definition.

182. well I had a lot of fun today, great workout, actually a nice day at work. The only bad part was I slipped on my meals. Lots of pretty girls today at work but they made little time for the extra protien intake. legs still sore from monday, I did a ton of dips and curls today. Forecast for PCT looks very promising considering I am experiencing little to zero shutdown. Another SD side I got that I am happy to NOT experience in this cycle.

This has been my third overall PH cycle. First was an uneducated LG m1p w/LG masterdrol 3 pills a day of each:eek: with only formadrol as PCT that was a wild ride gained about 10 pounds with bloating and lots about 9 during PCT. Waste, but I didn't know any better. Second was methyldrol I have a link to on my signature. I didn't keep as much as I would've liked, then got sick:( . The winner though by far has to be this phera/prop cycle.
keep gains 5/5- and gained some
sides 5/5- ZERO problems, for LACK of side effects
strength 5/5- self explanatory
aggression-didn't really notice a difference. for me that's a 5/5 because I was NOT looking for aggression due to my job.
stack synergy!:D by far my favorite part! phera known as a wet bulker, would've probably given my larger gains had I ran it alone due to excessive bloat and water retention. With the addition of the Propadrol, my stack was completely Lean body mass. Exactly what I wanted.

congrats man! looks like an excellent cycle. I cant wait to do my next one in the summer. Definetely going to give propadrol a run!

Nice log bro, I think I'm going to do a cycle of Phera-vol/Propadrol as well, I will log it if and when I do.
