Ok guys sry for the delay, here we go. I just wanna thank DS again for giving me a chance to try this stuff out.

Current Stats
Weight- 190-195
Height 5'9"

I am taking only the basics right now. Mono, Multi, Fish Oil, and Replenish. Pretty exceited to get going on this. I have tried a bunch of other watermelon proteins in the past but none like Replenish. Replenish is more of a total recovery drink, loaded with protein, carbs, and aminos. I will be taking it as directed, right after a workout. I am working out 3, sometimes 4 times a week right now. I will be updating as often as possible.

PS- This is going to be sort of a hybrid log/review.

Day 1

Woke up at 6:30am for some morning cardio, gotta love it. I came home and had a regular whey shake just to get something in me. I have decided to take Replenish when I need it the most, after a heavy lift. I ate clean as usual all day. I then went back to the gym for a 3:00pm lift. Afterwards I mixed up two scoops of Replenish and water in a Gatorade bottle. I drank a little bit more than half right away and sipped on the rest. It mixed very easily and did not foam up at all which is good. The taste is not bad but is a bit gritty.

First Impressions-
Mixability- 9/10
Taste- 7/10

Db Shldr Press 3 x 6

I'm reviewing the same thing, I got some good gains from it and almost out.

Day 3- Workout Day

Nothing new to report. I did not really feel any different yesterday after taking replenish, i mean its only the second day right? Today I did cardio in the morning again followed by a afternoon workout.

Day 4 - Off Day

Feeling a little sore today. My shoulder has been giving me problems.

An update on Replenish- I have really liked coming back from a lift and taking one shake that has everything I need in it. I dont have to mix carbs, protein, aminos, etc. Its something I could get use to. :D
