Im on cellmass and i was wondering what was a good workout routine for my chest, back and arms. Thanks

How long have you been training? How do you train right now? What are your stats? (age, height, weight, bodyfat%, and 1 rep maxes on major lifts) I could offer more sound recommendations with more info from you.

Ive been training for about two years, i know the basics and then some, but i always like to hear more imput. Im 19, 5' 11'' 180, uhm im gonna say about 15-20 % Body Fat, uhm bench would be about 285 - 290, squats would be like 315 - 325, ez bar curl 115 - 120
