PCT starts the day after you take your last dose. Start the Novadex then. You should also get NOW liver Detox as well. Retain by AX would be something else you should look into. Promag is methylated so you want to help your liver recover after cycle. Retain has a cort. blocker to help minimize muscle loss during pct. I would save the Creatine and NO for after cycle to help keep what you gained as well. If you got the money you could use it on and off but most just wait til after.
