I need help with my 4 day split. I will be using L.G. NO Infuse and I would like to work my tri's and bi's on the same day so I can maximize the pump, if possible. Here is what I was thinking:
M - Back (midback and lats)
T - Arms (ri, bi and forearms)
W - off
TR - Legs (quads, hams and calves)
F - Chest and Delts
Am I not doing my delts justice, working them after my chest? I want to stay with a 4 day split.
Am I better off doing something like this?
M - Back and Bi
T - Chest and Forearms
W - off
TR - Legs
F - Delts and Tri
Your suggestions are appreciated.
