HOW DO I WORK MY CHEST W/OUT WORKINg MY shoulders? and vise versa.

concentrate on your form...when your doing flat bench keep back slightly off bench (arching) this should keep you from rolling shoulders. Stick with form first vs. big time weight, if you start losing form, you probably have too much weight
