ok ive been running a bridged cycle of 19nor4ad and ergo max lmg, while using 4ad while working out, i know ive had shutdown for atleast 2 weeks. because im lethargic and all i want to do is sleep.

my question is i stop taking my ergomax sat evening at 12 am
do i wait until the following night to start pct or take it with my ergo max
or just not take my last dose at 12 and take it at 6pm and take my pct at 12am.

also, what are your feelings towards me taking a bi week the following monday. to let pct take ahold and let my body rest. as i have been training really hard and am fearing i am over training, ie, decrease hunger, body stiffness, nosebleeds, and tiredness.

it should help me because of the delecate state i will be in right?
helping with cortisol suppression and such,

also do you think it would be fine to take some sort of stimulant just to be able to function?



also my friend is taking halodrol liquidgels and just got prescribed ambien, he wants to take them together, i said he shouldnt, but you never know, i told him "let me ask a doctor" he said ok. so what are your ideas?

also he is only taking 2 gels instead of the recommended 3 .

one in the morning one at night.

if it is ok to take them together, should he take 1 gel in the morning and once in the after noon and ambien at night,
