View Full Version : Phera-Vol/Revolt and Methyl-Vol/Prop Cycle

Have been lifting for over 6 years and feel that I have exhausted every option as far as natural supps go. Pleateued for a few months and resorted to PH's. I finished my first PH cycle of Fast Action H-Drol on December 30th. I gained 12 lbs and noticed significant strenght gains. After considering many options I'll be using EST Phera-Vol bridged with Methyl-Vol for 5 weeks. I won't be starting this cycle until april, but just wanted to make sure that it looks ok. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys

-Stack-

Days 1-25: 1 cap of Phera-Vol(15mg) twice a day
Days 26-30: 1 cap of Phera-Vol / 1 cap of Methyl-Vol
Days 31-45: 1 cap of Methyl-Vol twice a day

-PCT-
SNS Inhibit-E: 1 cap in the a.m. / 2 caps before bed
SNS Reduce XT: 1 cap 3 times a day
Axis HyperTEST: 4 caps before bed
GAT Nitric Suspension: 4 caps twice daily
Controlled Labs Green Bulge: 5 caps before workout
NOW ZMA: 3 caps before bed
NOW Hawthorne Berry: 2 caps 3 times a day

-Supporting Supps- ( taken during cycle and p.c.t.)
NOW ADAM: 1 tablet twice daily
NOW Liver Detox and Regen: 3 caps daily
Milk Thistle: 3 caps daily
Dymatize Super Amino 4800: 4 caps three times daily (a.m./post-workout/before bed)
Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey: 4-5 servings a day

-Diet-
My diet will be super clean consisting of nothing but whole wheat bread, bagels and pasta. Lean red meat, chicken and tuna. Brown rice, oats, nuts, fruits n' veggies, efa's, fish oil, natty peanut butter, cottage cheese and yogurt. Basically anything to help my cause. I'll be eating around 6 times a day and my macros will be somewhere around 40:40:20

first off, you should be on PCT now, so if your cycle was four weeks, your pct should be four weeks. you need to wait at least eight weeks after your pct is over before you start a new cycle, this is a MINIMUM. so you should not be starting another cycle until at least the beginning of April.

second, IMO, that stack is way overkill, especially since it is only your second cycle, and you are only 20. at your age i cant really reccomend that you take any phs at all. Methyl-vol/Phera-vol is a very potent stack on its own, add tren to that and you get the DA 10 week HARDCORE stack. they dont call it the hardcore stack for nothing. IMO, this stack is designed for heavily experienced ph users, not for first or second cycles.

Thanks for the info man, i wasn't sure how long i should wait after pct to start another cycle. Also, i'm just gonna go with the Methyl-vol/Phera-vol stack. Once i started thinking about the other one i realized you were 100% right.

yeh thats looking a lot like my diet, i will alos be trying out the methyl vol
starting it in a week or so

no problem, just looking out for your health. the formula for timing cycles is simple:

length of cycle + length of pct = time off after pct

this is a minimum time off and most people would reccomend waiting a little longer.

i am on day five of the mv/pv cycle right now, and everything is great so far, i havnt really seen any weight gain yet but my strength is going up already. i can already tell that this is going to be a powerful stack. my suggestion would be to run it like this.

Week 1- PV-15
Week 2- pv-30
Week 3- pv-15/mv-10
Week 4- mv-20
Week 5- mv-20

then you need to run five weeks of a good pct to make sure you have eveything back in order.
