At 20 yrs old what would produce more mass and weight gains..i know dieting/traning the most important but based on supps....jw/bam/restore or a 4 week cycle of h-drol...or might be thinking about EST methyl vol/phera vol....i have a tub of green mag/purple wraath/glycergrow and whey protein with a multi vit...a lot of people may think thats enough but i wanted to add something
