If you use paypal on our site, you may have noticed that it is currently down right now. This is because a few weeks ago they accused us of selling controlled substances and illegal drugs. This of course is crazy. They are currently re-reviewing our account and it should be back up within 24-72 hours. Thank you for your patience.

What a minute...... I thought Vitamin A stood for "anabolic steroids"?!?
Who do I talk to in regards of getting my refund.

Well, I wish I had better news about this problem, but I don't. PayPal has now continued is cancellation of our account due to the sale of ILLEGAL GROWTH HORMONE at DA. These allegations are clearly incorrect but clarity does not seem to be an important practice of Paypal. If you cannot tell, I'm a little bitter about this.

I would contact an supplement industry lobby group for a reccomendation to a good class action lawyer. Your company probably is not the only one to be unfairly denied service. Sue the pants off of them. Even if the lawyers get most of the money, sometimes it is worth fighting it out over a point of principle. Supeona their records and find out who else they falsely accused of a crime and denied service.

Let me get this straight....Paypal and ebay allows users to sell the same items on ebay and pay for them thru Paypal, but not a legit company as Discount Anabolics?
Well, I use paypal a lot....but being a loyal customer means I'll pay another way and hope Paypal one day realizes their mistake.

My sympathies with you about Paypal. I used to shop Ebay a lot & have gotten screwed over so many times by them & Paypal, it isn't funny. I've lost refunds because of Paypal. When I've filed complaints against sellers, Paypal always sides with the seller & I get screwed over again. I have paid for several items using Paypal & have never received them. I use Paypal less & less. I don't have credit cards. I used to think that using Paypal was a faster way to get my orders, but it's not. I do just as well buying a USPS money order with cash & sending that.

Paypal is only hurting themselves. We used to purchase our dog's heart worm medications thru a company that took paypal. After paypal blocked the company from using them as a form of payment we switch companies and paypal lost out on their percentage.

That's sad... :( I preferred using PP, 'cause it's quicker and very simple. I'm also an e-bay member and never had problem with PP. I can't give advices but hope that this way of paying's gonna work again soon.
