I had seen a log earlier and I couldn't find it again.
OK here is the question is it better to take liver sups when you take your PH caps or should you wait to let the caps do there thing ?
And how long does it take for something like phera-vol or methyl-vol to go thru your system each time you take it?

why not take them while during?...if u r taking a methyl PH the methlated product is putting the stress on your liver when it enters your liver to convert it into test...1-test...ect

Taking it during may take some of your potential gains away.

I've read about that, but thinking otherwise though on the other end of the spectrum...lose a little bit of gains on each PH cycle or take 1 PH cycle take a chance and **** up the liver...never be able to take another cycle again

I'm curious about this as well, just to clear up the question is: Should we take Now Liver supps. at the same time during the day as the ph's?? Or should we take the PH then wait(1/2 to 1 hour) and then take the Liver Supp.??

Very good question. What we need here is the amount of time it takes our liver to pass the test and hold the methyl out. Then we could take the liver sup and clean the liver out without cleaning out our ph.

Here is some info that does not directly answer your question, but never the less, I hope that it can be beneficial to some. This is for liver supplementation and liver health in general...during cycle, pct, and all other times.
From an "energetic" medical point of view, i.e., Ayurvedic/Chinese medicine, the liver energy is weakest from early to mid-afternoon. This is one of the best times of the day to provide the liver with support. A lot of liver products, such as the NOW Liver Detoxifier and Regenerator, state to take several caps a day. The NOW product states to take 3 caps a day with meals, which seems to imply to take with breakfast, lunch, and dinner. That will probably work fine, but from an "energetic" view, it might be better to take all three caps with a late lunch or mid-afternoon snack. Alternately, you could take two caps around lunch, and the third cap mid-afternoon, or something similar.
With this in mind, and for those that want to take liver support while doing a PH cycle, here is a possible protocol. Try to take the PH's early and later in the day, away from the time when the liver is energetically at its weakest. Take the liver support during the early to mid afternoon for the same reason. By doing this, you can support the liver when it needs it the most, as well as providing it some detoxification, while at the same time, giving the PH the best chance of absorption with the least possible interference from the liver support.

Be wary with fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K) as the essential issue with milk thistle is that it can increase bile production and subsequent hepatic elimination...sometimes fat-soluble vitamins could sincerely take a hit.
Sometimes milk thistle if dosed appropriately and containing the right active (as high as 80% - Silymarin) plus your own body's reaction could warrant you a night on the toilet. That increased bile production I spoke about above lends to increased production of various waste metabolites. Coupling this with fiber could be a big issue - I'd make sure you were adjusted to milk thistle before you embark on such a protocol. ;)

That info isn't technically about PH/liver support supplementation, nonetheless some interesting information. But it's straight from the horse's mouth. No offense to dinoiii though.. :P
