did you already do your cycle?and if so why didnt you get it reay before your cycle? you need to tell everyone how long your cycle was or going to be .
for starters
. natty test boost
2. anti-e
3. liver aid
4. cortisol blocker
5. muscle "volumizer"
6. heart, prostate, BP health....
i took this from jrbirdman he has it in another post

My personal PCT generally looks like:
Anti-estrogen - Inhibit-E
Cortisol Suppressor - Reduce XT
Liver Care - Standardized Milk Thistle
Creatine - many options, I use CVM Xtreme
Natural Test Booster - many options including a good quality Tribulus
Hope that helps.
Also:
Length of cycle = Length of PCT
Length of cycle + Length of PCT = Minimum time off between cycles

You were on? Meaning you just got off and are currently taking nothing?

And of course, my opinions on the topic [see rationale in PCT: ACV series].
Few things are indicated for ALL cycles. Blanket lists to me do not make a lot of sense in the efficacy or cost-efficiency department.
Natural Test Boost - YES.
Anti-E - SOMETIMES. Sometimes anti-E has just as deleterious consequence if blanketing its inclusion.
I recommend against cortisol suppression in 2 weeks post cycle.
LIVER AID - ABSOLUTELY for PCT if using C17 alkylated.
"Volumizers" - may be a supplement for year-round inclusion; may offer more benefit to limit it to post-cycle (for various reasons).
"Heart" supplement - not sure what this means per se, but if you are speaking of things like CoQ10 and Hawthorn...their inclusion is tricky and most people start them at times where they would be of limited benefit...i.e. - Post Cycle (these are better to be started PRE-cycle).
I also do not necessarily suggest a prostate supp in an asymptomatic state on a C17 alkylated compound (as it could be additionally hepatotoxic) without extending a cycle past 4 weeks.
BP - again - tricky...if using progestin-base then it is pertinent in those prone to high blood pressure, otherwise its value is limited and - the blood pressure "issue" is often overstated.

In reference to the above post, he is entitled to his opinion.
For safety regards, I think an Anti-E is a must for PCT. It isnt worth taking chances otherwise in my opinion.
Also, I personally suggest starting with a cortisol suppressor at the beginning of your PCT.

dude, you keep chiming in that tamoxifen is a must, and that simply isnt true for a halo clone.

Concerned with this as well. I keep seeing threads where the statement is made that tamox is a must.......
I cannot condone nor recomend research chemicals, but I do understand why some use them. However, they are not to be taken lightly themselves.
