I already talked to wedgly, but i just want more imput. Currently im on BSN Cell Mass and Pro Complex protein and i usually workout 3 -4 times a week depending on work. I was wondering what the best workouts would be for my chest, arms and back. What exercises, how many reps, etc. Also, im trying to get a little lean, run about 15 - 20 minutes on Elliptical after workout. Last, or this should be first im 19, 5 11'' and 180 lbs. and i have a good tone, execpet my lower belly has a little lip on it, what can i do to get rid of that? Thanks for your time.
