View Full Version : training split for Dermasize and NO Infuse stack

I would like to training using a 4 day split. Working on trying to split my body up. Would like to train bi's and tri's together since I think I would get awesome pumps with the citrulline malate, AAKG and No Infuse, plus training two opposing muscles at the same time. Legs (quads, hams and calves) would also be by it's self. My problem is:
Should I train chest and back together? Or train them by themselves or combine chest and tri, then back and bi? Any suggestions?
Want to build around deadlifts, bent rows, weighted chins for back and Bench press, incline db bench press and weighted dips for chest.
