I'm into my first week of PCT after a 4 week SD run. Strength went up like crazy. Noticeable size especially in my chest/shoulders/traps/quads. Experienced NO shutdown this time around. Felt/Looked great. Lost my gains the first cycle due to the fact I dropped my caloric intake during PCT.....Lesson learned! Igained 20lbs this time also. Well here is the kick in the balls......A week into PCT, it looks like someone stuck a pin in my chest!!!! I'm taking Rebound reloaded/retain/activate/nolva an other nec. supps. I'm still eating like a horse! My strength is still up it appears,but i'm skeptical when tues. comes after the holiday and i work my chest/tris. Anyone experience such? Any advice? this may turn me to the dark side next cycle!!!!!!! Not too happy with designer juice right now!

I've had this happen before, don't worry. If you turn to the darkside for your next go around, then you'll be disappointed then too, b/c it tends to happen more so when you stop AAS and go into PCT. Try a good NO product to keep your muscle looking full and keep training. The idea is to maintain and improve what you gained while on these products.

Not sure what you mean by the dark side since Superdrol is a steroid. You are already in the darkside. Are you saying you are losing alot of your gains again. Creatine post cycle is a good addition. What is your diet like? How much have you dropped.... Some loss is inevitable............it is just the nature of the beast

Not sure what you mean by the dark side since Superdrol is a steroid. You are already in the darkside. Are you saying you are losing alot of your gains again. Creatine post cycle is a good addition. What is your diet like? How much have you dropped.... Some loss is inevitable............it is just the nature of the beast
by dark side i mean injectibles......i've implemented creatine from day one PCT. My diet is the same as on cycle. i realize some loss is inevitable,but like i said, my chest looks as if it has deflated!!! after only one week??? thats not normal! i'm still hitting the weights hard/heavy too. NO products have never worked for me. i tried NO2 the day it hit the shelves....didn't do jack for me! thanks for the input though. look forward to more. i realize some of the gains are water retention also,but like i said,after one week to loose that much chest definition???

do you have any pics of it? it may just be a mental thing for you. once you come off and lose that kill mentality, then you lose a little mass and to you it may seem like a huge deal, but to others it may not be noticeable. as long as you took 2-3 steps forward and only one step back, i say the cycle is still a success. keep on pushing man.

another thing though, have you cut back on carbs? you may feel/look a little flat if your carb intake is down

Good points....i have thrown out the daily bagel because i felt sooo bloated while on. I'm to the point some may be mental too. i judge myself from the mirror and how my clothes fit. i had to buy new boxers because they were too tight in my quads. had to change my complete uniform at work because it was too tight also.i'll be able to judge even better on tues. when i work chest/tris. thanks for the positive feedback. thats why i like this forum so much. alot of forums tend to bash/flame. alot of maturity here!!!

Yea, dont worry too much. I mean seriously, you gained 20 pounds. Thats alot, and even if you only gain 10 at the end of it all, though I know you would be disappointed, that is more than most people gain in a year (excluding everyone on DA:D ).

agreed, what youre loosing is whatever little water retention you had - and the scale never lies. so you lose two pounds of waterweight.... worse could happen.

You cant take one NO supplement and say that NO supplements dont work for you. NO2 didnt work for me all that well also, but things like Trac-Extreme NO and Superpump 250 have been amazing for me.

i am running NOextreme right now since i am doing a log for EST, and it has given me pretty awesome pumps. there are alot of NO products that MAY work for you, try a few out

well, it was definitely water retention. my strength is still up,but i'm looking puny. i looked big for 2 weeks. i didn't realize that sd was such a wet compound. i have a bottle and half left of this garbage. its kinda ironic because i've always been after a "look" vs strength. i'm thinking about running pheramax in april.......just wanted to vent a bit!

Superdrol is not generally a wet compound, but all ph's can vary by the person as far as how much fluid you will hold off them. For example, M1,4ADD is usually a wet compound and I hold virtually no fluid from it.
As far as comments on NO products, if NO2 (AAKG) didnt work well for you, look into our Arginine E2 Matrix. Very cost effective and there is alot of positive reviews floating around on it.

When came off of a 12 week w/o routine with a 4 week cycle of Methyl PH’s and PCT and in order to keep my gains, I lined up a 3 day split with 4 compound exercises only, DL’s, Inclined Bench Press, Squats and Hang Cleans for 4 weeks with extended negatives.
The 4 compounds work like this:
DL’s – IBP – SQ – HC’s - For each exercise: 2 sets, 3 reps (yes, that’s right 3 reps only) at 10% above of your previous 1RM, then 2-sets at 90%, and finally 2 sets at 80% for a total of 6 sets, with a 2min rest between sets. Try to increase the weight each week.
I then added a normal Bicep routine on Monday, a normal Shoulder routine on Wednesday and a normal Tricep routine on Friday. I alternated Back and Shoulders each week on Wednesdays. The routine worked great and then some. Try it out.

I took 2 cycles of SD too...Pct was good and calorie intake was high. I lost pretty much a lot of my gains too. Strength stayed gains gone!!!
I gained 25lbs off my first cycle and kept only 5lbs of it. Second cycle I gained 20lbs and again kept only 5lbs of it...but like mentioned strenght stayed.
what you gonna do...! it's how most of this stuff works.

thats not how most of this stuff works. if we didnt make weight gains, most of us would probably not use them.
losing 20 pounds after a cycle is indicative of poor diet and/or poor pct. you will lose a little gains with proper diet and pct, but not 20 fricken pounds, unless you gained 20 pounds of water
