View Full Version : HELP ME PLEASE I'M CRASHING!!!

i didnt give all the info. I'm boxer in training. 117lbs., trying to get to 132lbs. so, I need to maintain my tone, build cardio endurance(I need to train for 15 rounds or more), and gain weight all at the same time. I want to be a ripped 132lbs. I need a good lifting split for size and strength, hitting the heavy bag, speed bag, double end bag, and running takes care of cardio endurance and punching endurance. My supplements are THE BEAST ANABOLIC ACTIVATOR (takin before and after workout and at bed time), 212 calorie DYMALEAN TIME RELEASED PROTEIN MRP(in the morning and at bed time) AND CYTOPRO(protein powder which contains Cytodyne) immediatly after work out. my current workout plan sucks and needs to be scratched completely.I'm losing weight still instead of gaining.
CAN YOU TELL ME WHEN TO LIFT, WHEN TO DO CARDIO(A GOOD SPLIT OF CARDIO AND LIFTING, WHAT DAYS FOR EACH), WHAT FOODS TO EAT AND WHEN TO AET THEM. I'm lost, please help or I wont make it.

bro, you should probably up your carb and caloric intake, it sounds like you're burning way more calories than you are ingesting. Train super hard and cardio in the morning is best. after you hit the weights make sure you suck down some protein with some sort of insulin spike in there to improve your protein synthesis. Also avoid taking any kind of thermogenic, you don't need it with all the cardio you're getting.

your burning a LOT of calories in training. punching the bag, running speedbag, jumping rope are all gruelling excercizes. can you eat more? you mentioned a few protein drinks, what about carbs? thats whats going to help you gain some weight. also just wondering how old are you? where are you from? why are you moving up in weight?
