Tamoxifen Citrate Illegal?

Is it Illegal to purchase Tamoxifen Citrate (Nolvadex) online? I found a few sites and they refer to nolva being extremely popular on the black market.

you are supposed to get a prescription for it. it is used for women with breast cancer. but you can buy tamoxifen citrate from fairly reputable research chemical companies to be used ONLY for research testing on "animals". you can figure it out from there :)

if you get tamoxifen citrate, remember that it isnt the same dosing as straight tamoxifen. 15.4 mg of tamoxifen citrate = 10 mg of tamoxifen

All of these nolvadex sites look sketchy, i know you cant post sources but can someone PM me a safe web site that they use, im looking to run a superdrol clone later on during may and want to get everything inline beforehand
