Novedex-xt when and how?

There seems to be alot on timing and how many to take.
What week should i start these into my cycle?
How should i take them 3/2/2/1?
Or 3/3/4/4??
Do i need more than a bottle of em?

Any help would be great,im pretty close to be needing to start on them.

cycle it with your stack say on the last week of your cycle take 4 at night then the next 3 weeks take 3 then on the 5 and 6 week take 2 thats how i spreaded them out and i kept almost 100% of my strength. I dont know if this is the best anti estrogen product out there if any one could give us some advice please let us know ? And what about a cortisol supporting supplement any reccomendations

dont take it while on cycle, its not necessary. just taper down the dosage each week. start the day after you take your last PH dose

I am currently in my 3rd week of PCT right now and I started off at 4 pills at night just prior to bed and have been tapering off one pill per week. So this being my 3rd week, I'm down to 2 a night. But for supplies sake, you could do a 4-3-3-2 maybe. That way you use about a bottle and a half per PCT. But I can't comment on the difference between a 4-3-3-2 and a 4-3-2-1 since this if my first PCT. I'll let you know how mine turns out after blood work...

*edit* I started taking it after I was completely done with my cycle. And from what I have read, I don't really see any reason why someone would start taking it earlier than that...

Novedex is a "test booster".

I know but is it not smart to take some other kind like a "trib" from Tribex to help bring your bodies own test back to par?

novedex is tecnically a test booster, but it would be a good idea to add some zma/trib in

I actually took some ON Trib alongside the Novedex while on PCT. 3-3-2-2. The label states that you should take it with meals spread out throughout your day. I noticed a big pick up in libido within the first couple days. As for test production, we shall see when i get results back.
