Let me start by saying math was never really my subject in school, anyways im cutting right now and im aiming for a 50/30/20 ratio.Im taking in around 1750cal's on weight training days and about 1650-1700cal's on rest days when i just do cardio,So my question is how many grams or calories should come form each macronutrient in terms with pros, carbs,& fats?

at your weight i dont know if i would cut per se, but rather just eat maintenance and you should shed some bf and tone up. go hard at the gym, if you cut much more you are going to have no muscle left, and wind up being a stick

thats what im thinking,i dont think i have sufficient lean mass to lose the rest of my abdominal fat(my "spare tire") wich is my last goal, ive been cutting forever.Do you guys think i should bulk?thats what alot of people have been telling me to do but there telling me to eat like 3500 cal's a day and i think thats just to much cal's if im just trying to lose my midsection. You think i can bulk with just my maintenance calories like you said to reach my last goal or do i need to raise my cal's up to 3000 week by week?i know lots of questions but i appreciate it if you would help me out

If I were you I'd go to 2000 cals a day, and increase by 100-150 every week until you get to maybe 3300 which I think will be PLENTY for you.

i agree. at 140 lbs, id start at 2000-2250 and increase by anywhere around 100-200 cals weekly like wed said

thanks you two for the help,i just got a few more questions left.
1.should i drop all my cardio?
2.what kind of split should i have, should i be eating more carbs then protein?
3.should i stick with a full body workout routine or do diff bodyparts each workout?
4.should i eat the same amount of cal's on rest days & should i eat more then 6 meals a day?
5.are fat burners pointless when bulking?
i really dont know the first thing when it comes to bulking, thanks once again for your replys,i would have kept on cutting like a dick head.

1. i wouldnt drop all cardio, do it 1-2 days a week
2. my split is
mon-bis & tris
tues-legs
wed-chest
thurs-cardio
fri-back & shoulders
sat or sun-cardio on one of these (or sometimes neither)
2.5 eat more protein than carbs, or up to an equal amount of protein and carbs
3. do different body parts each work out, you cant truly work everything with the intensity you need if you do a full body work out
4. i would eat slight less carbs on off days, but keep protein the same. maybe drop about 25-50 g of carbs on off days
5. if you are using a fat burner to burn fat while bulking, i would say it is pointless. if you are using it as an energy booster, then i would say it might be worth while
