Hey Guys

New to the Forum cuz i got a few Questions. I hope some one can Help me out with these. First let me say I have never done any Prohormones before. But now that i'm a little older and have been lifting for about 6 yrs since high school, i think i'm ready. As For my Current stack and P.C.T. here it is.

On Cycle: 4 weeks as bottle instructions indicated

H-drol(CEL)
Animal pak
Muscle milk(meal replacement)
ON Whey Protein(Morning and post workout)
On Casein(night)
NOW liver detox & regen
BCAA
Fish oil
Universal Joint Fuel

Off Cycle:

Inhibit E
Reduce XT
Size ON
Superpump250
NOW Tribulus 1000mg
NOW Liver detox & regen
Protein same as above
animal pak
BCAA
Fish oil
Universal Joint fuel

Well that’s pretty much what I have planned. I will begin this stack in January after the holidays but i just want to know a few more things before I get started.

1. first will the liver support hinder the effects of the H-drol. From what i here this one is mild on the body, so should I save it for pct or run it through?

2. I want to take some aminos with my workout but none I've seen really standout to me. I was thinking of some like kemistry leukix. I know that’s not a true BCAA formula but will it aid me in my gains, or is it just a waste of cash. Any suggestions would be helpful.

3. As far as my P.C.T. goes, is that enough or do i need any thing else.

Okay, liver support while on cycle will not inhibit you gains, but if that is a concern, then just use NAC while on and milk thistle in PCT. I don't think you should replace any meals with Muscle Milk, I think you should just eat more. For BCAA's, Scivation X-Tend or Controlled Labs Purple Wrath are the best. This looks good, just wait for replies, b/c they'll come.

Looks good to me.Take the liver detox on and off cycle.You only have 1 liver dude,make sure you do things right and you will be able to do another cycle one day.

Thanks for the info guys. I just dont like jumping into any thing before I know whats up. As far as the muscle milk goes I dont have much choice, jobs got me on the go and their dick's when it comes to brake time but i'm not worried, I'll get plenty of whole food in.

By the the way I'm 22yrs 6ft 215lbs and about 14.5% bodyfat(Winter, being lazy). My arms are about 16.5 inches(17 inches all time high). How much weight should I expect to see from this cycle. I'm not a harder gainer i just tend to hold a little fat around the mid section, unless i do cardio that is.

This PH is more for strength than anything but you will gain size too obviously. Everyone's different but I've seen anywhere form 6-10 pounds.

Great i cant wait, this will be interesting since I'v never done anything of this nature before. Once I've finished this Cycle should I do Blood work before doing another cycle. I probably won't do one for a while, at least not till june. I just want to know if it is nessary since this is my first cycle. That and much does that usually run, i currently dont have insurance so I will have to pay cash.

You could get bloodwork for piece of mind. As long as your pct is good you should be fine without.

Personally I think bloodwork is underrated. Its a great way to know where you stand on general health, nutrition, exercise, and possibly even an unknown sickness you may or may not have. I am having my bloodwork done next month and again in april(I am doing a methylated cycle in feb)just to make sure all is well. If the results of the first bloodwork are anything to be concerned about, the cycle may have ot be postponed. You can build muscle whenever you want but you only live once.

First off, let me compliment you on the post. You were very thorough.

To your questions:
1 - I dont think liver support will hinder your gains. I would run it on and during PCT.

2 - I personally take BCAA's during my workout. I mix a certain amount based on weight beforehand, start sipping 15 mins prior and sip throughout my workout.

3 - Your PCT looks good as far as your list.

Do you have any questions on how to take what you have or do you have that covered?

General notes:
- Not a huge fan of Muscle Milk. I opt more for complex carbs than I do the high fat in muscle milk for most meals.
- As far as gains to expect, its hard to say because that is so contingent upon diet and training. I would expect good lean composition changes though.

Hey hope everyone had a nice christmas. 2006 was interestingbut i think 2007 is gonna be verying interesting.

Anyway thanks for all your replies and as far as doses go for the H-drol and pct any info would be much apreicated. I would like to get the most out of these supps.

H-Drol is pretty standard dosing at 50 mg per day. I would take 25 mg twice per day spread out.

Inhibit-E:
Week 1: 3 caps (1 in morning, 2 at night)
Week 2:repeat week 1
Week 3: 2 caps (1 in morning, 1 at night)
Week 4: 1 cap at night

Reduce XT:
2 caps morning, 1 cap 4 hrs later or pre workout, 1 cap bedtime

Tribulus - dosages vary; for me, on the ON brand, i would do about 6 caps per day
