A majority of the reviews I have come across have been positive. Most people gain strength and drop some fat while on Retain. It should be taken at the beginning of your PCT.

Retain can be taken by itself. What can you expect from it? Well, since it is intended to lower cortisol and cortisol is is the number one reason for losing muscle mass on a daily basis, you will keep what you worked for. So you can definitely have gains just from controlling your cortisol if you have high levels of it. Also, when taking Retain you will lean out a bit because of the lower cortisol levels and the added Tyramine.
Retain™ has had these reported benefits:
• Lower cortisol levels in muscle tissue
• Significant lean mass retention or addition
• Decreased water retention
• Faster recovery
• Increased strength
• Improved body composition

I would def. recommend a cort. block in pct. Retain is a great product. I also really like Reduce XT by SNS, and Restore by ALRI<----

Im on the side of starting a cortisol blocker at the beginning of your PCT. We make Reduce XT and I always suggest it being started at beginning of PCT.
