Novedex Xt

Hey, a quick question for all those who have taken or are taking Novedex XT. Do you actually take the full dose (say 180mg, or 3 pills) all at night as the bottle suggests? Or would it be more beneficial to spread them out throughout the day? Thanks....

I dont know if it was because it was my porrly planned supporting sups for PCT but when I did a Halodrol-5o cycle, I followed it up with novedx xt with all 3 of my pills at night. I lost some of my gains but not a lot. If you do take it, have some other supporting supps for your pct in line to work with it.

no take them at night. that is when it works propperly in ur system.

cycle it with your stack say on the last wee of your cycle take 4 at night then the next 3 weeks take 3 then on the 5 and 6 week take 2 thats how i spreaded them out and i kept almost 100% of my strength. I dont know if this is the best anti estrogen product out there if any one could give us some advice please let us know ? And what about a cortisol supporting supplement any reccomendations
