LiverLonger Opinions

So what is the general opinion on ThermoLife's LiverLonger and it's comparison with Milk Thistle, Sam-E and any other type liver products.

I have read alot of good things on it. I havent seen enough real life feedback to recomend it in place of Milk Thistle, but I might would add it in addition to it.

I have heard good things too but I rather know its working for sure before relying on a product and find out later my liver got the piss beat out of it and secondary to justify the expense.

Thats why I said for me, I may would use it but would still take Milk Thistle. Honestly, I havent had much time to look into the studies on it, but I havent heard anyone dispute the effectiveness of it.
