so right now im on methyl vol by est, and hyperdrol, and when its over, ima thinking to take some of these:

retain
rebound xt
novedex xt
PCT
perfect cycle

i know that a few of those in there do the same thing, so which ones are really necessary if i want to keep my gains and i dont have much money?????????

How long were you on your cycle?


Most of your "necessity" will come from diet and training adjustments to be honest with you with these agents, however some things may be better in the PCT realm than others...any cause for alarm in the liver support realm?

I'm not too familiar with all those products but if you can afford it, ZMA is a must. Not just for PCT but in general.

Pick ONE if you're really planning on using any of these products. I3C may be money well spent, mono or in addition to the aforementioned products vs. any two of the above in combo for a whole host of reasons.
