Peace to the Doctor. You said on one of my previous post's that my injury might do me some good and it has. I was over training. My elbow was hurting and my right shoulder was hurting. I'm refocused and i'm definetly cutting back. I was talking to this guy at a supp shop I periododically go to and he told me "Arnold says you have to leave yourself full but not to full anticipating the next workout". I thought that was the best advice I ever recieved.
