I'm looking for a good Fat Burner supplement. I'm 5'9" 175lbs, not trying to loose weight just building lean muscle.

Diet and Cardio are best for what you are looking for. However if you want some good products look into the following:

Anadrox
MAN (stack on home page)
Red Acid gen 2 and Sessaglow (controlled labs)

are you looking to build lean muscle, or lose body fat? you will get two totally different answers depending on this. if you want to build lean muscle, then a fat burner isnt gonna do the trick

Why do you need a fat burner if you aren't trying to lose weight?

3 things to build:

1. Increase protein
2. Antioxidant
3. CEE

Make all carbs complex, low-frequency cardio, high intensity lifting.. ;)

Great Q&A. I want to build lean muscle. For Protein I take TR Compete. Which Antioxidents should I take? What is CEE? I also would like something that can give me energy for my pre-workouts. Anything else that I should know to suceed my goal? Cardio, I run 3 miles every other day and I eat healthy

CEE= Creatine Ethyl Ester. With all the cardio you do doesn't seem like you need a fat burner.

For pre workout try N.O Explode by BSN. I freakin love the stuff, and so do many many others. Also, Cellmass by BSN has a Creatine Ethyl Ester Malate mixture in it. I've never used it myslef but I hear it's pretty good.
