Is this a good PCT following a 4 week halodrol 50 clone cycle.

PCT:
SAMe:400mg 1x day
Milk Thistle: 500mg 2x day
CoQ10: 75mg 2x day
Multi-Vitamin: 2x day

Week 1:600mg 4-etioallocholen-3,6, 17=trione (6-OXO), 3420mg Tribulus
Week 2: 300mg (6oxo), 1710mg Tribulus
Week 3: 300mg (6oxo), 1710mg Tribulus
Week 4: 150mg (6oxo), 855mg tribulus

What do you guys think and has anyone ran just 6-OXO and Trib to kick yourself back in.

Few Random Comments:

(1) 4 weeks of Halodrol is NOT that terrible a cycle. Taken rather easy by your system to be honest.

(2) SAMe is challenging to dose due to half the concentration usually coming from stabilizing molecules and the other half from actual SAMe. Products list it in both ways, so it is hard for me to suggest which one you are getting - does your product suggest one way or the other?

(3) Milk Thistle tallies don't mean a lot without silymarin / silybinin concentrations listed.

(4) Trib tallies don't mean a lot without protodioscin concentrations listed.

(5) 6-oxo has the potential to convert to E - FYI. Ramping down will NOT make this an adequately dosed product due to oral bioavailability - if you are going to use it, keep it at 600mg throughout.

(6) There has NOT been made a dinoiii-approved multi-vitamin thus far. ;)

Hope this helps.

Dinoniii, first off thanks for the reply any comments are appreciated.

SAMe is Good n Natural brand: 2 tabs: Vit c 1.2mg, vit b-2 .84mg, SAMe 400mg. It is enteric coated tabs

Milk Thistle is Good n Natural brand: standardized to contain 80% silymarin 140mg in each 175mg tab.

Trib and 6-OXO are in a product called androbolix by biorhythm. It has 224mg of protodioscin/saponins 788mg in 4 caps with 300mg of 6-oxo, and 200mg DHB

Dinoii,

What do you think of the above?

What do you think of the bioavailability of 6-OXO with dhb?

I tried doing a search on google for the good n natural brand you speak of...while I am not that familiar with the product line.

As far as the SAMe....again, I will question if this is supplemental form or stabilizer. Many forms that quote 400mg have a tosylate molecule, et al to stabilize the molecule ( I wrote about this in PCT: ACV Parts II and III under hepatoprotectants) and as a result only have 200mg (1/2 quoted product) in their final production. Does this make sense?

1.2 mg or grams....milligrams is virtually NOTHING in Vitamin C speak.

Milk Thistle sounds ok as far as standardizations.

DHB...phew - this is a interesting sell. Though it sounds good on paper, I have chalked up many of the companies that attempt to use this in their products as a bell and whistle. I am not that familiar with the company you are referencing (biorhythm) either from reputation standpoint. DHB has not really panned out in practice...therefore, I stand by my original recommendation of a minimum of 600mg of 6-oxo for any efficacy (< 200 lb bb), however, it may be higher dependent upon how big you are.
