DS Sustain, Xtreme Formulations, and Dorian Yates Approved are good choices.Sustain has gotten some very good independent reviews relative to taste

i do agree that sustain is good.... however u cant really have it "thick". where with the on casein chocolate.... with a few ice cubes thrown in the blender.... mmmmmm. yummie. to sum it up, if u are a fan of p.b. go with sustain, and if u like a nice thick chocolate shake.... go with on casein.

It don't seem like there are many choices when it comes to casein's. Am I just not finding it or am I right?

Now Sports has a Calcium Caseinate, unflavored and you'll need to blend it.. Makes shakes thick as hell, I eat a scoop of that with a scoop of Sustain like pudding..
