Just like to give a quick thanx to this site and all the users.... gotten a lot of good info from here!!!! and products.. i'm on Xceed cherry ice and dymatize chocolate right now... i can tell i have lost some body fat, but i've gained 2-4 lbs .... so guess that means i'm bulkin up ! :D
i plan on upping my protein intake very soon, i only consume one shake a day at the time cuz of my budget.... but i'm gonna get a 5lb jug soon...
