I thought she was actually gonna hurt herself on some of those overheads....her squatting and benching is MUCH better. Agreed though, she likely lifts heavier than 99% of gentlemen that go to the ole gym - funny Sonny - good post!!!

I figured a few of you would enjoy this.

They are actually bumper plates which makes it about 245 not 335 which is looks like. As if 245 is not a lot.

I wonder if she has ever slipped a disc. Her back has gottat hurt after that. Pretty strong though. Makes me feel weak.

Now now now.... Just because she is strong does not mean she is on anything. Besides, it is easy to know who is on steriods....anyone who can lift more than me. :D

I dont know if you all seen this, but holy crap for several reasons!!!
1. His warmup of getting slapped in the face by a short robust woman I believe.
2. The amount he presses
3. The size of his man crush spotting him

Just for clarification NOT criticism. A bench in most sanctioned meets will have to have a noticable pause at the bottom.
